Enjoy your videos. The only thing I can suggest to you for the preservation of your knife when scraping items from your chopping board into a pan is that you turn your knife blades side up so that the spine is what is scraping items into the pan so you are not dulling your knife blade.
Honestly it think our parents were onto something, Sometimes it was the wooden broom handle. But did we act up all the time no because we didnt want to get a whack. Thats how parents knew how to keep control, by putting some fear in us. You only need to get it once then you'll stop and think lol.
