Made this last weekend for my son's moving away party. Used your recipe. Cooked on my KBQ, chicken hanging from top grate over the rib rack. Had a pan of cowboy pinto beans on the bottom, catching all the drippings. It went fast, few leftovers and great comments. No complaints😊😊
Hi! Another cooked perfection meal! The Smoked Chicken, Rice and Ribs looks so, so delicious to eat! Making me hungry! The chicken and ribs looks so tender! Thanks for sharing! Great video!
Greetings brother! Great work, knowledge and skill shared, so much appreciated! Priceless knowledge on how to prep, season and grill, wrapped up in 1 video. Everything looks phenomenal and with such a fabulously strong look of delicious appeal! 🔥❤️❤️🔥 I humbly and kindly thank you for sharing such quality creativity and originality, inspirationally setting great vibes for cooking in general. Peace and Blessings!🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thank you so much. I owe all the talent and creativity to our lord and father in heaven. For without him I am nothing. Thank you so much and Blessings to you and yours.
Love using Greek yogurt for a lot of different items. I am like you - if I have something in the fridge getting ready to expire, I find a way to make use of it before it does. As much as groceries cost now, you really cannot afford a lot of waste! I had some heavy cream in the fridge that had one more day to go - well, that Alfredo sauce I made with it did not go to waste, but it did go to waist! LOL!
@@bbqsouthernstyle you are appreciated sir. I'm always looking at different ways to make food. As soon as I get my health issues sorted I will be trying out. A lot of your recipes.
Pitmaster! I never thought about using the skin and fat to make stock! Keep taking me to school. I'm so making this! I can't wait to break out my grill.
This provides one meal for the end.of the month. Grandson is off to upper New York for doctorate studies. Son has retired, he and wife are getting out of this state and moving to Idaho. Three friends are coming down from Central CA to help the move. All will be at my place for the last two days before adios. So I'm working on our group feed\going away two day party. This will be one of the meal plans. Thank you, a like easy work.
Hello how are you doing today I really enjoyed the way you cook and explain what your doing and how to do it it does look beautiful and delicious my mouth is water because I love BBQ Pork Ribs my favorite food in the whole world and of course with all the trimmings enjoy God Bless You Always 🙏🙏 MS DEBBIE 🙏🙏
Awesome! Thank you! It was great talking with you and you are outstanding at your job. They need more of you! lol thanks again and glad to have you with us Carlo.
Amazing! I own a Pit Barrel cooker and never tried hanging thighs or wings. I usually lay them flat. I learned something today thanks to you. Where is your restaurant? How long you been cooking BBQ?
Thank you! I have two Pit Barrels and love them. A very underestimated cooker. I have been cooking for over 35 years and still can't get enough of it lol. Thanks for watching and sharing.
Awesome, thank you! Glad to have you with us Kevin and I am always open for Comment. Stick around we have a great summer line up on the way sir. Have a great night and thanks for subbing and watching.
@@bbqsouthernstyle you’re welcome, I have been smoking and grilling for over 30 some years and learned the hard way before “youtube” after about 2 years of trial and error I learned that my recipes were decent but my technique was terrible and I am still learning. From my personal experience it come down to Technique, time and Temperature. If your technique is good you can produce an excellent BBQ properly season with just salt and pepper.
You got it. And I find you need more than one cooker. 4 would be a great number if you are serious abought cooking. Some meats just do better to different heat directions coming at them. Hope this helps my friend
I love this video. I am from Chicago now, living in FL. But my comment is the ribs. My family always follows the line of the rib bone and cut the top for the ribs tips and the flap we call oysters. Both are good eating. But as you say about the rubs "make it your own" so is the way for the meat.😊 I am unable to find your other channel for side dishes. Please show the link. As stated before I love your videos. God Bless
You’re an amazing cook! I’ve been watching your videos for quite some time. I’ve tried several of your recipes with my own spin on it and the results have been wonderful! My question to you regarding this video is: the spareribs. I noticed that you never wrapped them and they looked amazing. I only have a 22.5” Webber kettle as a cooker. Can I do the same thing with a whole rack of spare ribs by using the snake method?
So since I have watched your video I bought your cooker an have tried your chicken, it came out fabulous, I can’t wait to try that much more recipes, everything looks amazing. Ty
All American farm raised pig have salt in their diet. Google. Salt is a source of sodium for pigs. It is very important to young pigs because they need sodium to grow. Grains are low in sodium but you only need 0.25% salt in young pig diets. Older pigs need around 0.3-0.5% salt in their diet.

You said you're well traveled, so what's the best cuisine of food you've ever eaten? I'm sure you have plenty, but name one
You got me on that!
We can't get crawfish in Maryland or in PA. We do shrimp instead.
That works!
