Yo Becki and Chris!!! Serious question tho: @vidIQ….I went to sign up but stopped at the disclaimer that stated they would have the access to “potentially” alter or DELETE content from our very small, but growing channel…your thoughts/experiences? Looking forward to the Mauzy book! TIA
It should be illegal to make videos this CLEAN!! The A-roll is so satisfyingly simple. Ps This feels like a highly polished Tuxedo Time…and I’m not sad about that 💙
loved the video. I really liked how both of you picked your favorite images from the trip and the very end of the video gave me a smile and made me think of the banter my wife and I do. Keep it up.
Loving the DVD extras! 😂 Thanks for reminding all of us that our camera gears are just tools. You guys are so inspiring! The fox photo was my fav too! 😍
When I go on long trips like that, I learned to LOVE the huge 80 liter bags from Gitzo and fstop. So nice and I can fit my entire kit of 5 lenses, two camera bodies, batteries, filters, all the other tech gear, cables, two aputure LED lights, flash, foldable diffusers, laptop, two tripods, cards, card readers, 4 portable 80,000 mAh USB chargers, emergency clothes, bla, bla, bla... You name it, I have it in the bag! I still remember when I was in Switzerland, I even had an entire tent and a small bag of camping gear attached at the bottom and side of the bag! I LOVE THESE BAGS!
I love your videos. I’m newer to photography and I learn a lot from your stuff. Plus I’m a Buffalo guy and was immediately drawn to your helicopter videos of the city and stuff. Awesome work on the doc!
There’s an old saying that goes something like “well-used and cared for tools develop a soul over time,” and I feel like that applies to your camera kits.
I love the dvds extras just as much as the film itself ! Will there be a video on this setup also used with the chair in Mauzy if I recall properly ? It's simple yet very satisfying to look at 🤩
Oh the gloves! I go with the gloves sans tips at all, but not so great when it's really cold. I loved shooting in NL. Sooo, you're from NL? No wonder you two are so cool. I look forward to hearing more about your trip.
Thanks for sharing all the BTS on your trip. Hope your parents made it through the storm. Saw a video on that the other day and could only think of you guy's parents. Take care.
You should check out the Black Diamond Access Mitts if you're filming in really cold weather. I shoot a lot of winter and Alpine climbing and they've been a total game changer. Long zip down the mitt so you can still get your fingers out to press buttons and they have a wrist pouch for hand warmers
I don't shoot video... I don't use sony... I haven't watch one of your videos in ages... and that's when I saw this video show up in my feed, I thought why not... I absolutely love both of your energies! I love the interaction... I always think you are talking right to me! Thanks from a Buffaloian in South Carolina!
Great vid guys! Love this behind the scenes :p I would love to know which carts you used for the big boy PM Nomatic BP. I've been looking at some but can't seem to settle on one! Fox pics and the landscape photos are amazing btw!
Awesome video as always! Enjoyed hearing you guys on the Matti podcast and excited to get the Mauzy book soon :) I know it will be rough on my back, but I always end up bringing most (if not all) of my gear to my major hiking projects. Just got back from the Dolomites and no regrets haha A7IV + 14-24 2.8 + 24-70 2.8 + 85 1.8 + Mamiya medium format for film + Dji Air2S (I wish I didn't get motion sick with FPV!).... worth it !!!
Only 16-35 lens for the video kit? That lens is a beast!!! Really love that Fox photo too! I’m really curious how you made your storyboard for this film 🖤
Amazing content guys. I have one request, please make a video on how to shoot car videos , please use your car on this video. I promise it will get more views + it will help quite a number.
I always bring mostly wides and standards on my trips and leave my telephotos (despite them being my favourite) at home for trips to save weight and room. I always figured I can crop in if absolutely necessary to get a bit more reach but you can't crop wider, hence why I bring the wides. But do you think "if you lack it, bracket, and stack it" could actually make up for a wide lens in a pinch?! :P or is it just too much effort and might as well bring a wide at that point?
Haha might as well bring the wide! We did a trip last year with 16mm - 70mm and I missed so many shots and was wishing I had the 70-200, but I’m with you I usually opt for wides on trips!
I know that Sony is King for auto focus, and they are great Full Frame lenses, however my neck and shoulders love me for rocking a Micro Four Thirds camera and accompanying lenses. GH6 fanboy with crappy auto focus. 😂 And I get to record in ProRes HQ in camera. But then, my auto focus is nowhere in the same league as your Sony cameras. Swings and roundabouts.
Check out vidIQ for 30 days for $1: bit.ly/BCvidIQ 😃 More DVD extras incoming over the next couple of weeks!

We know we are going to have fun and see beautiful images when you post!! Thank you!!!!
That documentary was SO GOOD!!! Digging the DVD extras. Always nice to see the gear that creates the art.
loved the video. I really liked how both of you picked your favorite images from the trip and the very end of the video gave me a smile and made me think of the banter my wife and I do. Keep it up.
That fox shot looks like a 3D render, what a great shot!
The fox photos and the panoramic are bloody amazing !
Loving all these dvd extras! Helps get some insight on how to produce such clean images and video!!! Thanks for another legit video!!!
Loving the DVD extras! 😂 Thanks for reminding all of us that our camera gears are just tools. You guys are so inspiring! The fox photo was my fav too! 😍
Aw thanks so much! Glad you are enjoying them!
Great Video Becki & Cris
I missed watching your videos. Not sure why I stopped but I’m glad to be catching up on them. You guys are so inspiring 😊

Wow, just wow, these shots of the fox are beyond cute!
I love your videos. I’m newer to photography and I learn a lot from your stuff. Plus I’m a Buffalo guy and was immediately drawn to your helicopter videos of the city and stuff. Awesome work on the doc!
So y’all made a documentary about yourselves taking photos of your vacation. How riveting.
There’s an old saying that goes something like “well-used and cared for tools develop a soul over time,” and I feel like that applies to your camera kits.
Yes absolutely! Each piece has… character 😂
"UUUHHH YOU BOUGHT... YOU BOUGHT..." 13:20 Sounds like my wife when I talk about the gear I totally didn't spend a lot of money on... I love you guys!
So much credit to you for lugging those bags around! Awesome info!
This video made my back hurt 😂 fun to see all the gear that went into making y'all's feature!
Would be great to a video on how you edited the panorama of the cove
I love the DVD Extras soooo much
that 16-35 zeiss was the first non kit lens i ever bought and i still love it
I’d love to see you guys on a photography road trip with Chris and Lizzie in the future 🤞🏻
I would also love that, what a blast that would be
Could ya guys make a video on how to maintain that aesthetics!! I believe y’all even put a thought into the outfits! Love the consistency ❤
Two goals, one trip
Thank you for the video. It was a lot of fun to watch. Very intestine. I will have to watch more.
I’ve loved watching this channel over the years. So much inspiration and you two are funny as hell.
Such an inspiration for everyone! Everything about this is just amazing!
First time watching any of your videos really enjoyed this one keep up the good work
Love the video! Glad to see more Canadian photographers/creators and how interconnected they are. Keep up the great work.
I love the dvds extras just as much as the film itself ! Will there be a video on this setup also used with the chair in Mauzy if I recall properly ? It's simple yet very satisfying to look at 🤩
Thanks so much! Yes set build coming next weekend!
Loved the Mauzy video and all these extras! Great job you two.
I was actually thinking about this and to my surprise you guys dropped this😂
FPV vs Commercial vs Consumer drones would be a great video
I absolutely love you guys!!!!
I need that bag !!! Lol I need everything I see y’all have for camera 😂. Much love from the island of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Can’t wait for the next video
My back is already hurting at the idea of carrying those full camera bags😂 lots of respect to you guys! Fantastic video! Ceep up the good work!!
They were sooooo heavy 😂 thankfully we had the car, couldn’t imagine hiking real far with that weight
Yes, please, drone video !
Oh the gloves! I go with the gloves sans tips at all, but not so great when it's really cold. I loved shooting in NL. Sooo, you're from NL? No wonder you two are so cool. I look forward to hearing more about your trip.
As always super fun and entertaining to watch ya guys 🙌
You two are the best!
I love these videos. Thanks B+C
Thanks for sharing all the BTS on your trip. Hope your parents made it through the storm. Saw a video on that the other day and could only think of you guy's parents. Take care.
Aw thanks! They made it through just fine thankfully!!
cinela cosi is a crazy good dead cat
You guys are the best.... Love you both.....😘😘😘
Wow! All that equipment! Another great video! How many photographs total did you end up shooting on the Newfoundland trip?
Great video!! You guys have been putting out bangers the past couple months!!
🙏🏼🙏🏼
the "2 goals 1 trip" sent me hahaha!
Terrific video! So interesting to see the thought process behind what you took gear-wise.
You should check out the Black Diamond Access Mitts if you're filming in really cold weather. I shoot a lot of winter and Alpine climbing and they've been a total game changer. Long zip down the mitt so you can still get your fingers out to press buttons and they have a wrist pouch for hand warmers
LACK IT, STACK IT AND BRACK IT!!!!!!!!! - still did not understand what that meant lol
Love it you guys are so funny great job guys
Two Girls, One trip. I see you Chris 😂
Haven’t been here in a long time; I’m loving the long hair!
Love you guys ❤
Sounds like a Tamron 35-150 mm 2-2.8 might lighten the load.
it really does be good on this channel
I don't shoot video... I don't use sony... I haven't watch one of your videos in ages... and that's when I saw this video show up in my feed, I thought why not... I absolutely love both of your energies! I love the interaction... I always think you are talking right to me! Thanks from a Buffaloian in South Carolina!
Aw thanks for watching!
Sweet 1st one to watch the video! How Cool!
Great vid guys! Love this behind the scenes :p I would love to know which carts you used for the big boy PM Nomatic BP. I've been looking at some but can't seem to settle on one! Fox pics and the landscape photos are amazing btw!
peak design make the absolute best stuff 👌
Agreed!!
Chris, you try out the new Avata yet? It's pretty sweet 👌
Love you guys
You guys should try the Sony B1M. It's crazy good even on auto.
I should have got you to stop into my folks in Twillingate and had cooked dinner....lol Cheers from the North.
Great rundown on the gear! 🔥
Heading: NORTH?! I would dig that! 😂
Thanks! Yes a little spoiler 👀😂
Love this lol. No 24 1.4? ya'll just changing everything lmaooo.
Haha we still have it but didn’t bring it on the trip since the 24-70 was more versatile
@@BeckiandChris since I switched from Sony to Canon I really miss the 24 1.4 despite having a 24-70. Great kit B&C
Hey do a video on your favourite photos that you took till now...
What straps did you use on PM bags? Currently trying to find good ones to strap a tripod and use on the small sling of there’s too
That Fox!
Great video! I just took a Trip to Tanzania to shoot content and packing was THE biggest challenge.
It’s so hard deciding what to bring and then actually carrying it all! Hope your trip was good!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share the roller attachment for your backpacks! I’ve been searching for one of those!
It’s called RMS folding luggage cart, they work but are a bit of a hassle!
Awesome video as always! Enjoyed hearing you guys on the Matti podcast and excited to get the Mauzy book soon :) I know it will be rough on my back, but I always end up bringing most (if not all) of my gear to my major hiking projects. Thanks so much! Wow that sounds like a nice kit for a trip! Hope you had a good time!
Hi Becki. Did You’re using some hub for MacBook m1?
Which hand truck/dollie did you use?
Only 16-35 lens for the video kit? That lens is a beast!!!
Really love that Fox photo too!
I’m really curious how you made your storyboard for this film 🖤
16-35 f4 is so underrated! Deadly lens! I used Milanote and some stock images to build out storyboards for the key scenes!
@Becki: did you attach a cord to the front of your Nomatic bag? Could you get me a link? Cheers!
love it 😂
Big Mauzi!
Awesome
Yay i love you guys🙂🙂
Amazing content guys. I have one request, please make a video on how to shoot car videos , please use your car on this video. I promise it will get more views + it will help quite a number.
Where is the link to the coffee book?
Swap canon gear for sony and this was basically like listing my own gear kit! 🤣 Also love peak and nomatic stuff!
They make great stuff!!
I hope you guys can open back up for preorder! I would love to have a piece of your work😢
Did you just tease the next travel series in the bloopers? 😉
Maybeeeee 👀
Can we get a Lack it, Bracket & Stack it video??
Absolutely!
Will you guys ever print more book for a new sale ? I wasn't able to buy one .-.
We might add a few extras to our order and toss them up on our site, keep an eye on our IG for that announcement!
"2 goal 1 trip" then facepalm hahaha
When analyzing a camera bag's content, it is mandatory that Gerald Undone manifests and a somewhat teasing commentary ensues.
After saying the latest newest gear doesn’t matter, I thought of A7II or even III but then explaining usage of A7RIV and A7IV😢
I’d rather have an A7RIIIA, a 24 1.4 GM & Tamron 28-200 than all this kit.
I always bring mostly wides and standards on my trips and leave my telephotos (despite them being my favourite) at home for trips to save weight and room. Who is printing your book?
Is it possible to still order the book?
The preorder is over now and we’re in production stage but we might have a few for sale when they arrive, keep an eye on our IG stories!
I know that Sony is King for auto focus, and they are great Full Frame lenses, however my neck and shoulders love me for rocking a Micro Four Thirds camera and accompanying lenses. GH6 fanboy with crappy auto focus. 😂

Sony's some good wha?
Deadly!!
why not fx30
