Please tell us on what basis or parameters a house property tax is fixed. Mention with a example. Professionals use their prefix title after registering in the professionals' council. medical graduates should register in the Medical council and Engineering graduates should register in the Engineering council. And people like them, never understand the difference between Dr in the medical field and Dr in the research field. Lol 😆

- they are not a licenced member of Bar council and they cannot represent a client's court proceedings whether it is documentation or in person.
Attorney and counsell- In USA is a licenced legal court proceeding representative for a clients

Adcovate in India - licenced member of bar council and a legal representative for court proceedings for clients
Other countries advocate can be either licenced or non licence law practitioners who gives advocacy.
That's exactly why we don't have Lawyers act but Advocates act.
