They doesn't drag...they have to hear the everyone's case right.do you have any idea how many cases filing per day.civil suits always takes time. It should done step by step process and proceedings. And also judges can't act bias so they have to give chances for both sides.

Some dead line to be given for civil suit, otherwise there is no use of court. Civil suit are emotional issues which can leads to unnecessary crime activities. If it goes like everyone will cheat or do emotional blackmail on others property and rent premises.

So I asked shop keeper he said he will check the statement and to get the statement he has asked his bank..so far 3 days went.. so can someone tell how I should proceed with this???
