I actually thought he sounded pretty good here. I mean there's always room to nit pick, but I can't find anything wrong with his playing and I'm super critical.
There s nothing wrong with the double bass. He cut a bit on the intro but not doing bad . I mean you write like if it was just this but you know imagine playing that stuff on 3 hours show each night and nearly 3 years. This is the end of tour, and it must be pretty tiring. So you pace yourself to be good at the end of it. For the rest its double on the right foot and 1 foot on the snare.. Funny Iggor Cavalera did also that on some songs in Morbid Visions in 1986. Like Mayhem or Crucifixion ... Thats interesting.
