Love these! I made a ton of similar ones in 2019 for a sister to take to a special convention in Australia. I used vinyl and put the theme Love Never Fails on the back. I added a little loop and attached lobster type metal hooks so they could hang off a bag or keys could be attached to them. I put our contact cards in them. I have such a hard time keeping the cards from getting messed up 😅 I might make some for the special convention coming up next summer in Sacramento that we are assigned to ❤❤❤ Thanks Jean for another great tutorial!!!
What an easy, cute little project. Each year I'm asked to make little items for Autism Day at our primary school, still a few months away. This will be a great addition. I might put a swivel hook on the side of some of them. These will make a lovely little gift, tying in with last weekend's WT. Thanks Jean.
Great Idea. So easy and useful. Nice for a gift card for sure. Thanks for sharing. Even if someone doesn't have a sewing machine, they could make these.
Sharon, I agree with you so much, Jean, can I ask where you are from, where is your accent from, you are a treasure. We love you talking, you got that right. Hugs from Australia to you both. ❤❤❤❤❤
I'm from a small town about 40 miles north of Philadelphia, PA, but lived in England for almost 10 years, Canada 2 years and now back to PA. So I'm a bit all over the place!!
@ It is your accent, I would never have thought of that mixture, I thought New York at least, don’t hold that against me, I’m only Australian. Ha ha. Thanks for answering.
This is a great little project Jean and I will certainly be making a few of these and a great productive bit of sewing when I have the "Quilt fatigue feeling" hope Maxwell is OK and they are getting his meds stabilized. Love from the valleys of Wales
I have this cute pattern. Your measurements are different. But, they come out the same. I found, in my sales, young girls like these for school. They can put their lunch cards, cash, things like that, into this little pouch. So, I make sure to use bright colorful fabric, or school colors. Thanks Jean! These make great stocking stuffers as well, with some cash or gift cards. 😊❤
