    I use silverware to make my scrambled eggs too but I use a spoon 🥄

      Aside from the regular salt and pepper, I added in 5 spice seasoning, a chicken rub and crushed red peppers 🌶️

      @@simonejohn7500 Hi Simone! I’m not a nutritionist and I would advise you to consult with one for professional advice on what is best for you. My general tip for weight loss would be to eat in a caloric deficit based on your weight. Eat more protein and fiber and less sugar. Drink mainly water. Drinking black coffee can also curb your appetite. I have 1-2 cheat days out of the week for balance, but I stay mindful. It’s proven that you don’t need exercise to lose weight, but light workouts can help burn fat and build muscle. When it comes to meal planning I use a FREE app called eatthismuch. You can enter your weight goals and easily plan your meals. Hope this helps :)

    For breakfast, that's a lot of pork, and pork is very salty. You must not have high blood pressure in your family, unlike me 😩
