Hi. You need to look into filing a complaint with the attorney general in the state of GA. Also if there are enough complaints they could stop her from ever doing business again in that state.

you can be defaulted by the courts, meaning they can put a lien on her assets or they can pay you from her taxes or other payment forms. So don't say it's a waste of money or anything, because people don't take things to court because they assume they won't get paid, period. Now, if you are extremely rich and you get a settlement against somebody like Tasha Kay and Cardi B. Cardi B will never see that million dollars from Tasha Kay Because she'll just say she doesn't have the money, but with small claims court they can pay you by taking it out of her paychecks or her taxes. Just like child support works.. They dock pay. and you can get paid that way. Cause it's only under 200 bucks. But if you go to small claims court, you can also put your plane ticket and other expenses used and they'll give you that money also by default

If this is the way she wants to do business, you have every right (almost a duty) to expose this scammer for her thievery. You were right about not fitting into any category for "no refund," because you never received your product. You paid, you got nothing, she kept your money, she didn't give you a refund. None of this is fair. Try to find a platform or venue where you can expose her by name. Be specific about the details of your case and her dishonesty. If she’s a licensed stylist you can make a complaint to Georgia Board of Cosmetology and also make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau

first of all you are stunning. Second. I was taking nutroful. I was working well but then I started getting weird body odor (which I never smell even when I sweat). I also got couple of weird skin infections, I had a scar open up on my ear that had been closed for months, I had 2 weird pus nodules start on my stomach & randomly my belly button got infected? It was so weird. None of them would heal no matter how much I kept them clean. My doctor recommended to stop nutroful to see if any of my infections heal and surprisingly they all did. I haven’t gotten back on them since I stopped. No other infections have happened since… so weird.

This is so annoying I’ve been scammed from a website before $200 dollars of your hard earned money ANDit was a purchase for my first wig it was so upsetting i ended up getting the package 3 months later totally different product from the pictures on the site AND it was a reputable site so frustrating and upsetting 💁🏽‍♀️😭

It was not a waste of time because you showed her that you were willing to stand your ground. And, if you can go to this length, the next person she scams may take it a REAL step further. I was scammed by a black so called home builder name Benjamin Crawford (not to be confused with the legit white owner building contractor in the same town with the same name) and he took $6000 from me. I had enough evidence of him promising to pay me back that I won the case in court. He appealed and I won again. But after all of that, the court says that he cannot be forced to pay me. I couldn’t understand the purpose of small claims court if you are not forced to pay. They said that I can make a claim against his license, but that was all. But no worries because God is getting him back very well. Romans 12:10 is not a lie.

You should have headed straight to the courthouse to drag her to smalls claims court and have the judge order her to pay the court instead of you, They will attach her bank accounts and driver's license if she refuses to pay them.

Contact the mall ownership (if get shop is still there) and send them the documents showing she owes you money. They may or may not intervene. But, it will put a light on her as a scam artist ALSO, look and see if she owns property in ATL. Is so, definitely take her to court in your area as the justification basically the internet. You probably soups have filled a PR. But if she owns anything definitely take her to court. It's the priciple.

You should definitely sue her in small claims court and if she doesn't show up you win the case by default and you will have a judgment against her which will allow you to put a lien against her business! Not sure if you can garnish her pay since she is the shop owner. Also if you win the case she will also have to pay your court fees! Many times these stylist do not have the hair in hand! They collect large orders, then place the order with the overseas suppliers ,OR they just collect your money and never send the hair if they are scammers! This chick was full of 💩,she had Zero intentions of refunding the money! Sorry that happend to you.
