I struggled with anorexia for almost a decade, but now i am finally able to say i am recovered. I am at a healthy weight and my mental health is much better too. I feel good in life again. Lidia has been such a big help to me too. I promise you that recovery is worth it. It’s not easy, but one day you will look back and thank youself for choosing yourself. Hope all the best for you! @@sisselpedersen9828 im trying to recover but my innerself is killing me. i was only focusing on slimming my thighs 5 months back but everything escalated so quickly that i fell deeper into anorexia since 2 months. my mom is already suffering with my sister who got admitted to the hospital for rfs. now even im at a worse risk as im still just 16 but i still cant give up the anorexic voice

remember that protein is only one of the three macro nutrients, carbs give your muscles energy and fruits also contain vitamins which help your body a lot :))

Thanjs for sharing ! It's interesting how meals habits are differents across countries. I am French but I watch mostly english speaking content and I noticed that people used to eat light meals at lunch and "heavy" (pasta/meat) at dinner. In French, we (at least people that I know) are taught since childhood that you have to eat light food at diner and avoid pasta, cheese, cooked meals like lasagnas and gratin at diner. It is popular to have a soup or vegetables and fish at diner.

Such a wild journey fr. Half an hour ago I was spiraling, my body was sending out the signal that I was starving. I felt like I could’ve eaten a giant meal. But I just had a good amount of food 2-3 hours ago and my stomach felt physically full. So I knew it couldn’t be that. I tried anything to distract and calm myself down and now I have calmed down a little and do not feel hungry at all. I googled it and read that apparently overeating can override the natural hunger response and your hormones can get out of balance. It’s insane to think that sometimes the body can be screaming for food even though you’re not actually hungry, it felt so real before. I believe it’s still the effect from older generations when it was a thing to tell children to eat everything on the plate, no matter if they were hungry or not. I agree with the message, finding balance is key even though it can be challenging.

I love your videos and workouts SO much. My weight fluctuates a lot, my jean size can vary over two sizes in the span of a year or two because i am en emotional (non) eater. I've consulted a dietician who has tought me how to eat intuitively, and it helped so much. But two years ago I was in burnout and lost so much weight because of stress. I am now regaining that weight but it's triggering even thought it is "good news". But i feel a little alien to my body and have a lot of food intolerances which makes eating even more complicated and triggering. Started doing your workouts about a week ago to be more in touch and "in" my body, i think it's helping already, woke up 30 minutes before my usual time just to get a workout in and i feel so energised!
Love the style of the video and the beautiful relaxing tone it has. But I have to say, she must have a very high metabolism, if I eat all that in a day I'd be double my weight in a month! Currently on 2 meals a day and a snack in between, I feel a good balance between times I meal prep and the rest of my day. I used to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day but had to spend hours in the kitchen preparing, didn't find it sustainable!
it is maybe a small detail but taking a second portion makes me feel good since no influencer what so ever showed themself eating a second portions or atleast not that I saw it . And I love ur dog btw

Finally !!! She can not be that skinny and eating all that. If you have a minimum knowledge in nutrition you know what she shows is very healthy and good for someone who has quite a bit of muscle on, hence a higher basal metabolism etc etc. Anw everyone seems to thinks she « can eat all that » and be THAT skinny (with back bones and ribs showing) where she most probably eats 1/4 of that plus maybe a pack of malboros a day lmao

The first time I had the purple sweet potato (called Japanese Sweet Potato) I couldn’t believe how amazing it tasted. It truly is the best tasting sweet potato. It tastes better than the regular orange one. I am vegan and I don’t put anything on it. It is that sweet. Try it baked without the butter.

Me too. Am afraid to lose muscle, and I’m afraid not to eat enough protein. And when I eat fruits, I think "that’s not a protein" 🫣🫠
