Hey! Just wanted to mention that I still watch RUclips videos, check instagram, and respond to emails. I now just have more dedicated time blocks in my calendar to do so _on my computer._ That way I'm not constantly checking my phone for updates throughout the day. I hope I expressed it well enough - but I have nothing against smartphones. For me its just a matter of being more intentional with my time and with what I consume. Anywho, I hope you have a great day :)
I would actually love if you do the same kind of video for the computer. I spend so much time on it (RUclips is my worst enemy) but I don't see a lot of solutions compared to the phone...

Shucks, Ellen! ☺️. I’m not sure that I’ve ever been called “unbearably lovely” before! (“Unbearable” maybe?!) This kid of mine talks me into some fun things.
Last year my partner and I replaced our phone alarm with a clock radio, instead of an alarm shouting at us at 7am, now it comes onto a radio station at 6:40 and we listen to it as we wake up. It’s so much nicer than a phone alarm and means the first thing you do isn’t look at social media.
