Never be at the mercy of hr for giving you job, always have backups for your backup. Try to do something of your own, at the end of the day it's just a job which will probably not even pay that we'll, always prioritise your mental health over these jobs.
What does it's mean, the HR replied.
"We are interviewing a few more candidates and your profile has been put on hold. We will get back to you if I have any further update from the HM's."
Almost one month passed.

I went for walk in interview on 09-12-2023 ITC MNC Company, I gave HR Round and Technical round on same day. Both round was good and they ask me for wait. After 2 hour HR Interviewer told me Rajat I'll intimated you and fir milte hai on positive way and smile on their face.

Same has happened with me on last few days given interview on dated 01/09/22 in a reputed company for Top hire position. Job consultant told me that your interview had gone up positive with company director, HR and 03 others top ranked managers. I have given an interview of 6 hours duration with legal, technical and HR round. Finally, Director asked me salary expectation and joining date. I am getting 14 Laks package in current, I told him for 22-23 Laks expectation or suitable package as per company norms on my post and, I can join in 15-20 days. Then, HR told me companany's policy and benefits and also passed his what's up no. He saw me one more resume of a candidate for interview. Sir, he told me that final response will be held after returning of his MD who has gone Italy on same day and will expected to return on 13/09/22. Sir , I could not get any response till now. Should I contact to HR. Kindly suggest me.

Mera draft offer letter aa Gaya aur maine accept kari, uski baad HR ne call karke bola ki kab join kar sakunga, toh maine bola 11th ko, toh HR ne bola 11th ko appointment letter issue hoga mera but aaj 13th ho gaya hain abhi tak nahi aya, kya mujhe mail karna chahiye
Why HR tells Client yet to provide feedback after one week. And one company told that final client round will be conducted once they will give slots, it’s been 3-4 weeks and telling immediate joiner requirement. What is happening exactly in organisations don’t know. Please let me know on it

after i cleared interview rounds i got mail regarding please send the id proof of aadhar card and next day i receive call from hr and said next 10 days you have joining date are you ok with that i said ok by today or tomorrow you will recieve offer letter.after 30 minutes i again recieved call from hr said as of know your profile is on hold the hr is not telling any reason what should i do know

If you didn't get a call within a week than consider that your CV has not been short listed.

Interview panel members told me that I am good resource for them and HR will get to me dor further process.It's been 5 days no response and also no response after one my email. Not sure what to do.Do I need to call them

Agr company achi milegi, aur unka offer Letter and usi company ke payroll per hoge tab ye policy bhi thik hai. Bus pehle pay mat karna kuch. Salary tumhre account me ani chahiye and u can pay some percentage to consultancy

Bond accept karskte ho, agr salary and work acha hai and no plans to switch before bond finishes. Agr switch karna pada bcz of type of work or salary to bhot problem face karne padegi deepshikha
Sir i want to know that hr send me offer details on mail and said that a detailed offer letter will be issued once we get acceptence .the mail came on 10oct 2022 on 18oct 2022 hr said that approval pending talent acquisition team se jaise hi aaprove hoga toh aa jayega so I have chance or not
HR are not releasing offer letter till last day now a days, so you might get it right before ur joining day.
