Sr,my interview was done today,it was 2nd round of the interview,(1st was done earlier yesterday)this time the interviewer took 45 min talked about the company,asked about my conditions,locations salary and did a mock call test(like customer call),and he said "we have recorded ur test call ,we will get back to you after reviewing it".
*what does this means sr* ?

Before 2 days I took a interview he told that our team will get back to you. What's it means. That was a manager round. In first round they took about 50min.

Looks more positive feedback else they are doing other Interview till that date and they will get final confirmation only then

No It doesnt mean either way. Mostly interview feedback are not given by technical team as they need to discuss internally and share it with HR.

Hi sir. Actually 2 day's back I got a call from the ops round manager. At the end of the interview she said ok, will get back to you. In this case I just want to know, do the ops manager will tell you whether got selected or not at the end of the interview ?
OPS Manger wont give you the feedback. HR/Recruiter needs to give that

Once final round completed, I just asked with interviewer on WhatsApp.

Sir I like to know one things HR was saying when I calling to him he saying all the process is completed and we need the approval so don't worry we will informing you . I am weating for last 14days for a single call or single mail from HR . they are recruiting me as Graduate engineer Traine (GET). There's a scenario that happened with me, there's a company that schedule my interview, but they didn't ask any technical question, they just told about their company and it's details, and at the end they say "we will get back to you in the end of July".

I have completed technical rounds and HR team called me for salary discussion and told me that my salary expectation is higher than the salary band and also said that they cannot reveal salary band for the position. First time their HR interviewed me on call, then she said I'm scheduling your interview on zoom with Company authority in which their CFO were also present. Then I received an email, I got shortlisted and they call me for the next stage. Interview was good, I believe. They tell me about the job role timings, offs and some hint about salary also. Then after 25 minutes they said we will let you know.
Is there any chances for? Should I wait for it or not?

that means they are reviewing/interviewing more candidates and kept you on Hold. Unless they didn't find anyone better than your expertise they wont come back

That means the recruiter will send your resume to Hiring manager. Hiring manager needs to shortlist your resume for Interview

That's means that might not have budget to offer 14 LPA. Hence they will check with internal team and see .
If u r negotiable , call her and say you will be negotiable and like to discuss further

I have attended the interview in Barclays with manager for merchant service advisor on 01-11-2021. But, till now I didn't get any update sir. If , I call hr ring is going , but they didn't attend the call. 3 days before I have mailed to resource team for asking feedback of interview, they told to wait for 2 working days to receive feedback sir. More likely than not 99% the job is gone. But it doesn't hurt to try any ways. The we will call you back" we will get back to you" someone will be in touch with you" and variations there of. Usually mean that you are not hired. If they were interested there would be "a come back on this day to give us necessary paper work. " not we will call you back. Which of course they almost never do.

It depends on how well we follow up through mail/ phone / whatsapp. If they dont respond after 4 or 5 follow up. leave and move on
