Only if you're fighting mobs above your level. Typically you want to stay 1 to 3 levels below while you're grinding and questing. Also if you want to move points around and try out out, you definitely should!

Which talents/runes does this build require to come fully online? Basically, what do I need to get as a fresh rogue to make this build superior to a standard swords build?
@@TheChigg What about in Raid, I think a quick offhand can be good because of the poison apply chance and the new runes that have a chance to give Energy
@@TheChigg Seal Fate has always been Yellow attacks and it works with mutilate attacks...I used mutilate from TBC to end of Wrath. There is no, we'll see, it works on mutilate lol. It even says "Critical Strikes from ABILITIES will add an additional combo point" So any ABILITY that attaches combo points will proc an additional 1 if you crit at 5/5 Seal Fate. White dagger dmg are not ABILITIES. (Although I wasn't 100% sure if you were actually meaning white damage from dagger attacks.) If you meant that it should proc an extra combo point per dagger, then no.. it doesn't work that way. Mutilate will only ever proc a max of 3cp with 5/5 Seal Fate

Mutilate and dual weild
You using Deadly Brew but wont poisons break both Gouge and blind?
They will. Typically when you are on a target you don't blind or gouge them.
It's about bigger damage and burst
Is it better to use 2 slow daggers while leveling?
For mutilate you want the 2 slowest you can get

7:00 Mutilate benefits from backstab TALENTS, not backstab runes.
False "talents and effects unless otherwise stated" that's why the chest rune says "does not effect mutilate"
Seal fate only works on yellow attacks and yes it works with mut crits...it's not on all dagger white crits
The rest of that should be "in later versions of the game" we dunno if it works with both daggers on mut yet. We will this weekend
