    What?? You should NEVER use hot water; it can break the glass. Lukewarm water is what is recommended.

      Hi and thanks for watching! Yes, that's why we recommend using that method only as a last resort.
      To be honest, I did it myself on some of my older cars (-25 degrees Celsius) and the glass didn't break.
      I guess it has to be colder.
