that is a really good price for those. i had to buy one for an old kerosene that needed a new spout. spent 10 for one. and i could care less about the caps
The cap rings that you called "junk", which doesn't fit on the spout nozzle is actually NOT for the spout nozzle. They are actually for gas cans that have built in vent holes (vent holes that are molded on the gas can itself. Not the added on vent hole/cap). Maybe not on the popular gas can brands at your place, but i had seen some with those molded in vents.

Yeah, I used to buy them at 2 for $15 at Rural King until they stopped selling them due to - let's just say "laws." This is a heck of a deal.

Thanks for adding this to the discussion.
Great deal
Absolutely. Three for the old price of one is a no-brainer. Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment.
These work great as long as you aren’t running a deficit with common sense this is what I use to convert all my plastic cans.
Thank you for mentioning the cap for the spout.
Absolutely! Hope the video helped.

Yes it did thank you 🙏, I was getting mad because I couldn’t get the other cap to screw on 😂
Best gas can investment I made. Bought the five pack and works perfectly.
You can't go wrong with that! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Stay well.
SOLD!!!!
You know it!
Nice nozzle. (can you say that today?)
I think you can. You just can't say "Nice caps."
