Sleep is so important to allow our mind and body to heal, but so many people have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep at night. David shows us tips that we can use to get our bodies in a neutral position, especially the spine.

I lie on my stomach and I have been doing to for years when ever I try any other position it doesn’t feel right especially lying on my back and I was having pain in my neck when I woke up so ty I’ll try the pillow on my stomach and if it doesn’t work I’ll try sleeping on my side
Short but well explained and understandable answer, exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you!
This is good to know I struggle to get comfortable often find my arms going numb/sleepy .thank you
Thanks for the tip for the stomach! I often find myself sleeping on my stomach because for some reason it's the only position that will help me sleep. I will try the pillow, and once I get used to that I will try sleeping on my side. Thanks! 😀
Thank you!! I have neck problems and I think the first tip really helps with that. Just what I was looking for!
Great advice! The Noble Lower Body pillow works great to achieve these positions.
Haha! I’m Alyssa too! - great to the point, well demonstrated and helpful 🎉
I love this thanks man
Thank you sir
Im loving this
thank you for this
Thank so much. I’ve been having trouble sleeping
I find that if I have top back pains if I sleep on my stomach it goes away.
Thanks Sir
I'm really struggling with finding a mattress that is firm enough. Most are hybird these days with many inches of foam on top of coils. Within days I start to sink in. I've tried 4 top line different mattresses in 1.5 yrs. Do you have any ideas for a solid firm mattress?
1:09 not gonna lie, that looks so uncomfortable lol
Anytime i try sleeping correctly, i twist and turn like a goddamn pretzel
Waterbed is the key
Nobody sleeps in the same position for 6-8 hours. 30 minutes into your sleep you roll over onto your back, stomach and/or side. In your i/2 awake grog leaving all of your well intended props (towels and pillow) behind. It seems every common sleeping position has it's cons. I don't deny there are physical benefits to adjusting your sleeping position however I don't believe it is realistic to believe you will maintain it.
Good tips. But lying on the left side is recommended, not the right side, to prevent organs getting compressed.
None of that is going to work once I move haha. Also side sleeping with wide shoulders hurt your shoulders a lot without a tall firm pillow.
But after 5 minutes from my sleeping The pillow goes away.
You need three pollows, two towels. Got it. lol
Not very practical since people keep changing sleep positions throughout the night.
Bro stoo hating

Fetch my sleeping towels.
