I was thinking to myself, as generous as McDonald's was to her, that $5K would not allow her to get her car back and out of the red, then you said you were going to pay her car off and my heart filled with joy for her. Steve. One of the few people who warrant the celebrity tag. Not perfect. Just humanly perfect. Sometimes I wonder what is worth celebrating on some so called "celebrities".

I hear stories about stuff like this all the time and one day I was at Wal-Mart with my 3 kids and didn't have enough money in my account to buy meat and the guy behind me offered to pay for it. Bless his heart. God will definitely bless that man if he already hasn't.

To begin, adults see anyone who needs help as weak and incapable. It is rare that anyone will help you to the point where they give you exactly what you need to solve the problem. So this guy, who responded to this person's need, is amazing. He didn't create some testing scenario for her to receive help, he didn't belittle her, he simply solved her problem with no strings attached. NO ONE OFFERS HELP THAT SOLVES THE PROBLEM NOWADAYS, NOR DO PEOPLE OFFER HELP WITHOUT STRINGS ATTACHED. WOW

Steve when I reached out to ask you to help me and my handicapped son to get oft the streets homeless you refused us help. And because we were homeless living in our van my handicapped son ended up homeless in the streets with no where to go for a month and my son ended up having emergency surgery. But God ended up blessing us to finall find a ghetto place to stay where people were breaking into ojr place and our cars and someone even busted my handicapped son in his head twice with a hammer. They could have killed him. A d someone else raped my son. This was a nightmare. We still not over all of this.

Mesha lost her job few months prior and was late on her car payments. While she was at McDonald with her kids, a guys came in to repossess her car she parked off the street. Her son (6 or 8 y from his picture I saw on TV) ran out the door to stop the guys, followed by the mom and the rest of the kids. The McDonald manager (Scott) saw the scene and went out to help, called the police. But her car got taken anyway cause she was behind her payments. They showed a video footage of the police body cam, the mom was crying and the officer was very nice but could not do much. It must have be devastating for the small kids to see their mom's car being taken away. But there is a happy ending thanks to Scott :)

when u help someone like that and she returns back home with a thousand dollar in her pocket and tell her 5 kids that I found a stranger and gave me this money how do u think her kids will react? any word they say God takes it and multiply the blessing to the givers family, no giver will ever go hungry.

I get so tired of single moms, married couples, whoever asking for handouts or complaining about not making bills due to their kids. my husband and I have 3 kids and sure I'd have more of we could but 3 is what we can afford. I'm tired of seeing ppl acting like it ain't their fault when they're broke.

I'm happy you had the chance to get yourself together and plan to have children but everyone is not that lucky to have that option. It wasn't cause she had her handout. You don't know what all she has been through. Everyone needs help at some point in their life. Single mom or not. She needed a little help and God blessed her. Stop being negative and just appreciate the blessing God gave her. I was raised by a single mom. Yes she struggled but she gave me the best life I could ever ask for with and without "handouts".
