it's weird how many parallels this game has with pmd2: coming from the future to save the past, waking up on a beach losing all your memories except your name, entering a "guild", exploring some areas and then you save the past from a catastrophic event caused by dialga. no light tho
then there's also the whole "getting kicked out" thing that is similar to pmd1
Best part of PMD2 is that you get to see the threat of Dialga on the environemnt via in the dark future and the planet's paralysis instead of the vague threat of neon colored sky in the mainline games. In the mainline games, Kyogre made it rain, Groudon caused drought.....Dialga and Palkia make the sky RGB?
I guess you could call this a *Timeless* classic.

I-.. Well, I absolutely expected Dialga's Fight to the Finish to play, but Don't Ever Forget hit me out of nowhere.

and the last time that happened don't ever forget played while you fucking died
That would be cool if they had the enraged Pokémon turn into its “primal colors” and then transform into their origin forms

@@SJ_KirbyThe PMD 1 remake is pretty much perfect and has a ton of love and care put into it (because Spike Chun Soft actually care.)

It would’ve been nice if Game Freak actually made an event where we had the opportunity to go against Primal Dialga. It would be so cool as a side event for people who’ve played the mystery dungeon games

I've never played any of the Mystery Dungeon games, but I've always loved the color scheme! Glad it came back in mod form at least.
I love Primal Dialga's color scheme too! I like how the simple recolor gave Dialga whole different vibe.
And its theme was very beautifully done too, it has been one of my favorite final boss theme for a long time.
I recommend that you should try it out! Each PMD game has their own amazing plot and lore, I'd say it's even better than most mainline pokemon games lol

I kinda wish these two were more aggressive in their actual fights. But I loved that fight and I love this mod. Good work!

I know I'm late, but I would've actually gasped and started to sob if this would be in the actual game. Dialgas Fight to the Finish is just too nostalgic and emotional.
Oh my goodness, this is an absolute dream combo! Legends Arceus and Explorers of Sky are my favorite games of all time, so this is such a beautiful thing to see! The Primal Dialga theme and colors work so well with this scene it's insane. This made me tear up a bit, both from nostalgia and seeing these two games together! Amazing job!
Also its interesting just how many similarities Legends Arceus has with Explorers of sky and the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series in general, especially the story similarities, memory loss+time travel events, being betrayed and abandoned into the harsh environment. Etc. I noticed these during my playthrough, but this really shows how similar they are!

If this is actually Canon,The Dialga would be the strongest Pokémon Possible,Since This is a Primal Origin Dialga Filled with Darkness and If he is able to control time,That would be way more powerful than Arceus
I think Arceus would still be able to stop Primal Dialga, lore-wise. But since Arceus usually just sit still and do nothing, I guess it's safe to call Primal Origin Dialga the strongest Pokémon ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You say that but ALL of the movies are canon and it took all 3 of the creation trio to merely slow down Arceus during his rampage.
So like...unless Origins Dialga is stronger than the normal trio??

I did not expect this to touch me as much as it did. Man, anything touching the Sinnoh region as me on my knews. Doesn't help that PMD2 was the game to get me obssessed woth time travel in the first place either haha. This was awesome.

I never thought about the time travel part! Arceus and the Explorers of Sky have a lot of similar elements., I wish it was referenced more.

Never thought one day i would be so happy to see my Pokemon get decimated by a Roar of time. This game brought back so many memories from Explorers of sky.

I feel it should have been this, should've put primal dialga in the game in this way, so it's design isn't just a different texture and they should have made a primal palkia.
My thought exactly!! It's a huge wasted opportunity.. I think what prevented this from happening is probably because Primal Dialga is owned by Chunsoft, not GameFreak

I kinda wish gamefreak changed Dialga's roar of time animation to have the pattern that appears before doing attack to have the similar structure to the pattern seen on the time gears just as a neat little callback

The explorers games definitely deserve a remaster!
And they better adapt the additional content from Sky and not make it a lazy 3D port like BDSP..
@@SJ_Kirbypersonally i'd even be fine if they did it in a manner similar to rescue team DX, they could use that game as a reference point of sorts when thinking of mechanics to implment into a PMD2 remake, but i can definitely agree they NEED to have it be based on sky as it was easily the superior game of the set

I remember seeing people frick out cause they chose Irida/Adaman for their prefered legendary and ended up being unable to catch in Origin Ball.
the avalugg boss fight is in my opinion the best of the lords boss fights

About my other videos, I just didn't think that people would be interested in playthrough videos, where there aren't even commentary and isn't much different from just playing the base game.
I can tell that I'm going to play Undertale and Deltarune again someday, and the Sonic mods videos too. I feel like I can do a better job at those now.
If they remake Explorers of Sky and add Dialga's Origin form this would be awesome!
I think that's very likely if there's ever going to be an EoS remake
ZL can make your character focus on the target, and if you hold the throwing item longer while focusig (or without) you cann have better accuracy
I would of loved that in the base game, as PMD2 is my all time favourite pokemon game with Arceus in 2nd. I played the absolute crap out of PMD2 when I was younger would love to see it remastered

@SJ_Kirby with the way Dialga is in the base game they could of pushed it to go mad and then go for the primal colour scheme.

Honestly, it's kinda fucked up that Arceus just brought Lucas/Dawn to Hisui without consent and never sent them back..

Imagine this was the theme that played then literally no one will joined Adaman clans, Palkia theme in PMD2 was not that great.
Edited: that starting of the battle is what you can call Legendary.
Well, I like Palkia's Onslaught. But yeah, Dialga's theme is way far better.
I chose Irida cause, I felt like I'm relating more to the wardens from pearl clan.
never saw this game boss fight, but the were super peed on. Wtf
they are horrible, why so easy? why so repetitive? you literaly 2hit KO him.
At least +1 in every stat or something, like the totem pokemon from sun and moon

I didn't really like this fight either... but in defense, Legends Arceus in general is more focused on catching Pokemon than fighting
If you're interested, I suggest you check out the post-game final boss, because it's pretty hard :3
