The point is that Darkrai canonically hates fair fights. “Finally, a fair fight” is like the one badass boast that doesn’t work for this particular character regardless of who his opponents are.

Yeah, there's so much potential for more polished dialogue. I personally want a last moment after you betray your partner, like "Remember, if it wasn't for me, you would've never gotten this far.", which is true. Or, a scene during the fight where you purposefully target Celebi, knowing she's Grovyle's weakness.

You've always been beneath me. The fact that you've still haven't noticed that... makes me almost feel sorry for you."
This is dark and terrifying as well. Imagine if they made the *official* evil ending, it's going to be horrifying which makes viewers having nightmares about it.
Small detail, but the way Grovyle said, "Celebi, NO!" is such a powerful moment for me because it's his traumatized cry of watching them die AGAIN, but this time not in his arms with him. It was bittersweet for them both then, watching the sunset together, knowing that their friends have succeeded in their mission and brought peace to the world and that they'd disappear but it would all be worth it... but this time it's just pure terror; helplessly watching his best friend and possibly love interest die for good.

When Dusknoir was trying to stop him. Meeting his partner again, only to find that they'd lost all the memories they had with him and that they had a new partner. And after all this, his spirit still remained strong, he still stayed true to his dreams no matter what they cost. It's too much.

Also, i imagine that it actually ends with Arceus coming on the planet cause he understood "Ok, this is going to shit" and thus tries to solve things by defeating them all. Hardest fight in the game, cause he's assisted by Dialga, Palkia and Giratina, and you're supposed to lose.
That make sense because then, you are destined to lose in the case of Arceus stepping in. It’s very similar to Goku Black and how he got so far to the point that God himself had to step in and delete him.
I was in absolute awe when they betrayed Darkrai, but I sorta saw it coming...then my jaw hit the floor right after the partner said they'd rule the world...."together".
I'm a bit put off with all the explicit "we KILLED them" lines. But overall this really fun to watch and I seriously got spooked at the end when the player attacks the partner
You've completely missed the point, Aprilhippie. Even a game like this, nobody outright says "kill". It's not about being scared, it's about the word being incredibly out of place.
Holy crap this was amazing! Fantastic scripting and alternate storyline! That’s awesome that people still make these what if Pokémon videos using these old games nowadays.
Wow that was grim and interesting at the same time! Especially Grovyle's words. And the final backstab damn. Also Alakazam was a really nice touch and rounded the story up.
Dude this game already had me on edge as a kid with the music, the emotional character portraits, and the atmosphere. If this was an official what-if ending, I would have stopped playing this until I got older.
I wonder what the requirements would be if this was in the official game. Maybe you fail the final boss so many times that, eventually, there's a secret prompt that opens up to get you this ending. Maybe you and your partner have a discussion away from Creselia about the hopelessness that they're feeling and decide that, when they go again to face Darkrai, they'll backstab Cresselia and then join him. That hopelessness feeling from your failed attempts creeps into your player and partner characters. And eventually, the two see no hope in beating Darkrai but instead join him simply because they wanna live. Gameplay possibilities aside, I like the concept of the video, but I feel like it could be fine tuned a bit I feel like if you're willing to hear me out. I think my biggest gripe with this scenario is whether or not the hero and partner are acting on their own free will or are under the control of Darkrai. If in a dream/hypnotic state, then this whole scenario could make sense with their personalities doing a 180 turn and killing everyone. Might not hold up though as Darkrai's defeat may wake them up from the dream. And then that would be the player willingly kill the partner which doesn't sit right with me at all. Yet if it is by their free will outside of a dream, then hero and partner's actions makes it difficult to justify. The bonds you made with the guildmates, townsfolk, the future, and even your partner's life have been built up throughout the game. To throw consciousness out the window and simply throw away at the drop of a hat would be undercutting the whole journey....Orr maybe I'm wrong because the only thing strong enough to "control" you is Darkrai and no one else. Instead of outright killing, I'd imagine the hero and partner would try and talk people into joining the glorious Darkrai and then using force as a last resort to those who can't see reason. And then after harming/subduing guildmates, town residence, gods, and even your old partner Grovyle, your partner has an awakening of sorts. Partner is a good person through and through who loves the world, adventure, friends, and even you. With everything bad that they just did, they would need to confront themselves and question the relationship you and the partner have. You were their inspiration of courage for them throughout the story. But at the end of the world, with Grovyle knocked out, who is to say that wouldn't happen to them later on. As a final stand to their beliefs, your partner trust in themselves for the first time and challenges you to the true final battle...hero vs partner. Regardless of the outcome (be it player or partner standing), the governors of time and space are dead (as they serve no one and reject Darkrai's ideal world outright.) The world collapse onto itself as you, your partner, or both of you (should you choose not to fight them) witness the ruin of the world. This, I believe, would bring the true "Bad" ending. Maaaaybe this is all a bit too much, yet I hope you maybe get a kick out of this scenario. I did thoroughly enjoy the video; it made me think heavily on the subject of hero turning bad. The domination of the guild was pretty heart wrenching to watch. I only take the time to write this out simply because I love Mystery Dungeon. I look forward to seeing your next cutscene edit! :D
Going bad for losing is too WTF, it doesn't make sense. The thing about Darkrai controlling them is exactly what I think and it makes more sense, what bothers me is that Palkia should appear at the end like in the game and so between the 3 of them they defeat him and put him to sleep; with Dialga, come on, Darkrai already knows where his Tower is and he can easily go, put it to sleep and destroy the gears so that now no one can stop him; with those from the Pokéguild and Treasure Village they didn't have to do anything, just wait for them to fall asleep like Azurrill. The final battle could more or less happen, but without Palkia or Dialga since Grovyle, Celebi and Dusknoir would travel back in time because many Pokémon suddenly fall asleep in the future.
A good idea for an ending (one equally as sad as the real one) would be after the Hero VS. Partner fight, whether you beat them or not, for the Partner to gather all of their courage, reminiscing on the entire adventure and remembering every one of their friends that you two have killed, and letting out all that anger to suddenly throw the Hero off Temporal Tower. The Partner stares over the edge, panting and drained of all their energy, but quickly breaking into a full sob as they realize everything that they've done. They've doomed the world, they've killed everyone they've ever met, and they just lost the closest person they knew in their life. Just like the good ending, the Partner is left all alone, sitting atop Temporal Tower with Don't Forget playing in the background...as all the world fades to gray and life ceases to exist. The End of Time.

Come to think of it, did no one really think of using Jirachi to fix everything? I mean, I know that the Pokémon in the game are somewhat "special", but they're not that dumb either, so to speak.

Here’s a cool idea for a video. What if Grovyle sent Dusknoir to the future straight away before the hero learnt the truth. Also Grovyle doesn’t go to the future with him.

Nice! Since the first time I played EoS I always wanted to join Darkrai and it is interesting to see how it would be in a hypothetical case. I like the ending, I would have preferred the partner and the hero to conquer the world together, but a singular victory of the hero is a good ending. And about Alakazam's monologue... is there going to be a sequel to this, with the RT heroes fighting the EoS hero? That would be epic. - I won't deny that it was satisfying to know that Cresselia got beaten to death. And even more satisfying to see how they beat Chatot, or better yet, when they defeated the guildmaster (f**k you, level 50 pokémon). -
The protagonist does speak a lot internally. But I remember in the first two games at least, they actually did speak in the ending when they were saying their sad goodbyes, before eventually being reunited. Heh... even to this day I still shed a few from them.
Damn bro its the fact that we grew up with these games and imagining an ending like this, us the mc becoming what we hate in a person betraying even our bestfriend, feels like an actual episode if a sad anime that made me even rethink life, Well done
The video is good, but I am not convinced that they become bad like that because yes, the only way to justify this is that Darkrai will also lock Cresselia and her partner in the illusion so Cresselia would die and the couple would be controlled thanks to the powers of Darkrai making them agree to join him, it is practically impossible to turn them evil in that part of the game since they are supposed to no longer suffer from not belonging to that world thanks to Cresselia and the Great Bluff, making it very forced if you do not resort to the justification I gave earlier. There are also script holes like why didn't Palkia suddenly appear like in the game? with him alone against the 3 he couldn't win and as for Dialga, wouldn't Darkrai know that it's a danger to leave him like that? He was well able to use the hole he originally planned to escape with and go to the Tower of Time to deal with Dialga by putting him to sleep and take out the Gears of Time, destroying them and causing the Planet Paralysis again, or better yet Why did they directly attack the Pokéguild and Treasure Village? If only it was enough for them to wait for them to fall asleep.. With that the final union would not occur; On the positive side, I quite liked the inclusion of Dusknoir, Grovyle and Celebi Shiny. The ending has potential with Alakazam as another Hope. In my personal opinion, this video should have a Remake. ........................................................................ If they turned evil, in my opinion, it would be that Dusknoir at the time he sent the couple to the Northern Desert is more intelligent in his plans to capture Grovyle and with the Protagonist, convince the others of the Village and the Pokéguild (I have to remind you that at this point the villagers held him in high esteem) that he is evil and they try to kill him. And the companion could save him and escape from the village, and Dusknoir could provoke them with any team that orders them to kill the other so that in a fit of rage for trying to protect the other they end up accidentally killing the team of explorers that provoked them; and thus realize that sending that team was the idea of Dusknoir and the Poké guild, understanding in their minds that they cannot be true heroes if they allow themselves to be manipulated to kill someone innocent, and they would show that town and poké guild that they are not fit to be explorers and the world deserves better; these versions would kill criminals because we go by the game's ideology of "talking to them and then letting them go" is absurd, since possibly talking to an explorer they would realize this rule and plan to completely exterminate the criminals, so that everyone lives in peace. When Darkrai arrives, oh boy, they won't kill him, but when they defeat him, they torture him physically and mentally and if they travel to other regions they will lock him in the cave where the body of Gardevoir (the rescue team) is, suffering eternally for trying finish them off and want to make innocents suffer with their world conquest. I mean I see them more as antiheroes than as villains per se.
I think that the reason Palkia appeared at the Dark Crater at the end is because we defeated Darkrai and he was able to wake up from his nightmare. He was still entrapped in his dream before the final fight if I remember correctly, and the reason he managed to get to the Dark Crater as soon as he woke up is beacuse Darkrai told us about that place in his dream. Also, I think Palkia should've still be entrapped in his nightmare in this video because Darkrai didn't get beaten up.
@@alle1276 I doubt it, since once Darkrai is gone, Cresselia could perfectly wake him up since apparently the only way to get out of a Darkrai Nightmare was Cresselia's feathers, it doesn't make sense that she doesn't give Palkia a feather to wake him up; until Cresselia says so after waking up Azurril, she says that he is trying to fix the Space Warp and that his job as guardian is in danger. So yes, it is a plot error in the video
I see what you mean. My only justification for this is that the two were under Darkrai's control long enough for it to warp their personalities. We saw the same thing happen with primal Dialga. Yes, I know that the madness was attributed to the laws of time breaking down, but I am pretty sure that it all started when Darkrai entered Dialga's mind. We also know that Dialga was still quite insane in the future, so the control could definitely have a more permanent effect. Far as I can tell, the implication is that the time gears had been removed from temporal tower a long time prior to the events of the game, as NOBODY knew their true purpose. Not even their guardians, I believe. Also, we don't know why the gears were removed from temporal tower or who did the deed. They also could have been removed as a fail-safe in the event that Dialga went crazy, which he did. Your version of the story is pretty interesting, as well as plausible. Although, I have a feeling that the guild might suspect foul play here (except, ironically, chatot).
@@DeltaEternity0117 That the Guild is suspicious, I doubt it, because if you remember Dusknoir deceived everyone with the matter of Grovyle and Paralysis, and nobody suspected anything, in fact everyone saw Grovyle as a vile criminal. It wasn't until Sunflora saw Dusknoir acting strange that they began to suspect, added to the fact that Grovyle told the couple the truth by telling the Guild (and, according to the Great Bluff, Chatot was the first to believe them, ironic) and also that he Great Bluff told the rest of the guild at Brine Cave that Grovyle was good, because he sought him out himself. So I see it feasible that Dusknoir being intelligent as with the Paralysis deception, and manipulating with convincing words, that they believe that the main character is also guilty, added to the fact that if he convinces an explorer team to attack them (being the manipulator that he is) and that the couple has an unbreakable friendship not hesitating to protect each other, and once they know that all this was Dusknoir's idea and approved by the Guild trying to save the partner from the protagonist's "evil influence", they would be corrupted trying to protect each other and accidentally killing that team sent by Dusknoir; Dusknoir could even secretly send the Sableye to collect the remains of that team to show them to everyone in the village and the guild, and have even more credible proof that they must be eliminated before they "contaminate" the world. Unlike Grovyle, the player has developed a bit of a positive reputation in treasure town, so they wouldn't turn on them immediately. Especially, Azurill and Marill. I'm not gonna lie, it was nice to watch this video at night, I don't know it gave me a great feeling of fear and it gets worse with every scene where Dan and Mudkip appeared, as they killed several Pokémon without any remorse...
some backstory on why they turn bad, like some lore when the prot was a human or something related with ninetales and gengar would be god tier writing for the next on, but this video suprised me on another level, so well done and so close to being perfect, great work honestly this is insane dude

Even they may struggle to face down a slayer of gods. Arceus would likely be too busy trying to keep time and space from breaking down. As such, he might send a message to Giratina, the renegade pokemon, his wayward child. He would plead for his child to aid the rescue team in their attempt to restore order. Giratina would probably laugh at this message, seeing that there was a great problem that even the god of pokemon couldn't solve. Chances are Giratina would accept regardless, for even she wouldn't crave the end of all. And so this team sallies forth, to an unknown ending.

Small detail, but the way Grovyle said, "Celebi, NO!" is such a powerful moment for me because it's his traumatized cry of watching them die AGAIN, but this time not in his arms with him. It was bittersweet for them both then, watching the sunset together, knowing that their friends have succeeded in their mission and brought peace to the world and that they'd disappear but it would all be worth it... but this time it's just pure terror; helplessly watching his best friend and possibly love interest die for good.
Celebi should have said "My Dear Grovyle... Forgive me". Before dying

And after all this, his spirit still remained strong, he still stayed true to his dreams no matter what they cost. It's too much.

Also, i imagine that it actually ends with Arceus coming on the planet cause he understood "Ok, this is going to shit" and thus tries to solve things by defeating them all. Hardest fight in the game, cause he's assisted by Dialga, Palkia and Giratina, and you're supposed to lose.

Dude this game already had me on edge as a kid with the music, the emotional character portraits, and the atmosphere. If this was an official what-if ending, I would have stopped playing this until I got older.
I wonder what the requirements would be if this was in the official game. Maybe you fail the final boss so many times that, eventually, there's a secret prompt that opens up to get you this ending. Maybe you and your partner have a discussion away from Creselia about the hopelessness that they're feeling and decide that, when they go again to face Darkrai, they'll backstab Cresselia and then join him. That hopelessness feeling from your failed attempts creeps into your player and partner characters. And eventually, the two see no hope in beating Darkrai but instead join him simply because they wanna live.
Gameplay possibilities aside, I like the concept of the video, but I feel like it could be fine tuned a bit I feel like if you're willing to hear me out. I think my biggest gripe with this scenario is whether or not the hero and partner are acting on their own free will or are under the control of Darkrai. If in a dream/hypnotic state, then this whole scenario could make sense with their personalities doing a 180 turn and killing everyone. Might not hold up though as Darkrai's defeat may wake them up from the dream. And then that would be the player willingly kill the partner which doesn't sit right with me at all.
Yet if it is by their free will outside of a dream, then hero and partner's actions makes it difficult to justify. The bonds you made with the guildmates, townsfolk, the future, and even your partner's life have been built up throughout the game. To throw consciousness out the window and simply throw away at the drop of a hat would be undercutting the whole journey....Orr maybe I'm wrong because the only thing strong enough to "control" you is Darkrai and no one else.
Instead of outright killing, I'd imagine the hero and partner would try and talk people into joining the glorious Darkrai and then using force as a last resort to those who can't see reason. And then after harming/subduing guildmates, town residence, gods, and even your old partner Grovyle, your partner has an awakening of sorts. Partner is a good person through and through who loves the world, adventure, friends, and even you. With everything bad that they just did, they would need to confront themselves and question the relationship you and the partner have. You were their inspiration of courage for them throughout the story. But at the end of the world, with Grovyle knocked out, who is to say that wouldn't happen to them later on. As a final stand to their beliefs, your partner trust in themselves for the first time and challenges you to the true final battle...hero vs partner.
Regardless of the outcome (be it player or partner standing), the governors of time and space are dead (as they serve no one and reject Darkrai's ideal world outright.) The world collapse onto itself as you, your partner, or both of you (should you choose not to fight them) witness the ruin of the world. This, I believe, would bring the true "Bad" ending.
Maaaaybe this is all a bit too much, yet I hope you maybe get a kick out of this scenario. I did thoroughly enjoy the video; it made me think heavily on the subject of hero turning bad. The domination of the guild was pretty heart wrenching to watch. I only take the time to write this out simply because I love Mystery Dungeon. I look forward to seeing your next cutscene edit! :D
Going bad for losing is too WTF, it doesn't make sense. The thing about Darkrai controlling them is exactly what I think and it makes more sense, what bothers me is that Palkia should appear at the end like in the game and so between the 3 of them they defeat him and put him to sleep; with Dialga, come on, Darkrai already knows where his Tower is and he can easily go, put it to sleep and destroy the gears so that now no one can stop him; with those from the Pokéguild and Treasure Village they didn't have to do anything, just wait for them to fall asleep like Azurrill. The final battle could more or less happen, but without Palkia or Dialga since Grovyle, Celebi and Dusknoir would travel back in time because many Pokémon suddenly fall asleep in the future.
A good idea for an ending (one equally as sad as the real one) would be after the Hero VS. Partner fight, whether you beat them or not, for the Partner to gather all of their courage, reminiscing on the entire adventure and remembering every one of their friends that you two have killed, and letting out all that anger to suddenly throw the Hero off Temporal Tower. The Partner stares over the edge, panting and drained of all their energy, but quickly breaking into a full sob as they realize everything that they've done. They've doomed the world, they've killed everyone they've ever met, and they just lost the closest person they knew in their life. Just like the good ending, the Partner is left all alone, sitting atop Temporal Tower with Don't Forget playing in the background...as all the world fades to gray and life ceases to exist.

Since the first time I played EoS I always wanted to join Darkrai and it is interesting to see how it would be in a hypothetical case.
I like the ending, I would have preferred the partner and the hero to conquer the world together, but a singular victory of the hero is a good ending.
And about Alakazam's monologue... is there going to be a sequel to this, with the RT heroes fighting the EoS hero? That would be epic.

The protagonist does speak a lot internally. But I remember in the first two games at least, they actually did speak in the ending when they were saying their sad goodbyes, before eventually being reunited. Heh... even to this day I still shed a few from them.

Damn bro its the fact that we grew up with these games and imagining an ending like this, us the mc becoming what we hate in a person betraying even our bestfriend, feels like an actual episode if a sad anime that made me even rethink life, Well done
The video is good, but I am not convinced that they become bad like that because yes, the only way to justify this is that Darkrai will also lock Cresselia and her partner in the illusion so Cresselia would die and the couple would be controlled thanks to the powers of Darkrai making them agree to join him, it is practically impossible to turn them evil in that part of the game since they are supposed to no longer suffer from not belonging to that world thanks to Cresselia and the Great Bluff, making it very forced if you do not resort to the justification I gave earlier. There are also script holes like why didn't Palkia suddenly appear like in the game? with him alone against the 3 he couldn't win and as for Dialga, wouldn't Darkrai know that it's a danger to leave him like that? He was well able to use the hole he originally planned to escape with and go to the Tower of Time to deal with Dialga by putting him to sleep and take out the Gears of Time, destroying them and causing the Planet Paralysis again, or better yet Why did they directly attack the Pokéguild and Treasure Village? If only it was enough for them to wait for them to fall asleep..
With that the final union would not occur; On the positive side, I quite liked the inclusion of Dusknoir, Grovyle and Celebi Shiny.
The ending has potential with Alakazam as another Hope.
In my personal opinion, this video should have a Remake.

If they turned evil, in my opinion, it would be that Dusknoir at the time he sent the couple to the Northern Desert is more intelligent in his plans to capture Grovyle and with the Protagonist, convince the others of the Village and the Pokéguild (I have to remind you that at this point the villagers held him in high esteem) that he is evil and they try to kill him. And the companion could save him and escape from the village, and Dusknoir could provoke them with any team that orders them to kill the other so that in a fit of rage for trying to protect the other they end up accidentally killing the team of explorers that provoked them; and thus realize that sending that team was the idea of Dusknoir and the Poké guild, understanding in their minds that they cannot be true heroes if they allow themselves to be manipulated to kill someone innocent, and they would show that town and poké guild that they are not fit to be explorers and the world deserves better; these versions would kill criminals because we go by the game's ideology of "talking to them and then letting them go" is absurd, since possibly talking to an explorer they would realize this rule and plan to completely exterminate the criminals, so that everyone lives in peace. When Darkrai arrives, oh boy, they won't kill him, but when they defeat him, they torture him physically and mentally and if they travel to other regions they will lock him in the cave where the body of Gardevoir (the rescue team) is, suffering eternally for trying finish them off and want to make innocents suffer with their world conquest. I mean I see them more as antiheroes than as villains per se.
I think that the reason Palkia appeared at the Dark Crater at the end is because we defeated Darkrai and he was able to wake up from his nightmare. He was still entrapped in his dream before the final fight if I remember correctly, and the reason he managed to get to the Dark Crater as soon as he woke up is beacuse Darkrai told us about that place in his dream.
Also, I think Palkia should've still be entrapped in his nightmare in this video because Darkrai didn't get beaten up.
@@alle1276 I doubt it, since once Darkrai is gone, Cresselia could perfectly wake him up since apparently the only way to get out of a Darkrai Nightmare was Cresselia's feathers, it doesn't make sense that she doesn't give Palkia a feather to wake him up; until Cresselia says so after waking up Azurril, she says that he is trying to fix the Space Warp and that his job as guardian is in danger.
So yes, it is a plot error in the video
I see what you mean. My only justification for this is that the two were under Darkrai's control long enough for it to warp their personalities. We saw the same thing happen with primal Dialga. Yes, I know that the madness was attributed to the laws of time breaking down, but I am pretty sure that it all started when Darkrai entered Dialga's mind. We also know that Dialga was still quite insane in the future, so the control could definitely have a more permanent effect.
Far as I can tell, the implication is that the time gears had been removed from temporal tower a long time prior to the events of the game, as NOBODY knew their true purpose. Not even their guardians, I believe. Also, we don't know why the gears were removed from temporal tower or who did the deed. They also could have been removed as a fail-safe in the event that Dialga went crazy, which he did.
Your version of the story is pretty interesting, as well as plausible. Although, I have a feeling that the guild might suspect foul play here (except, ironically, chatot).
@@DeltaEternity0117 That the Guild is suspicious, I doubt it, because if you remember Dusknoir deceived everyone with the matter of Grovyle and Paralysis, and nobody suspected anything, in fact everyone saw Grovyle as a vile criminal. It wasn't until Sunflora saw Dusknoir acting strange that they began to suspect, added to the fact that Grovyle told the couple the truth by telling the Guild (and, according to the Great Bluff, Chatot was the first to believe them, ironic) and also that he Great Bluff told the rest of the guild at Brine Cave that Grovyle was good, because he sought him out himself. So I see it feasible that Dusknoir being intelligent as with the Paralysis deception, and manipulating with convincing words, that they believe that the main character is also guilty, added to the fact that if he convinces an explorer team to attack them (being the manipulator that he is) and that the couple has an unbreakable friendship not hesitating to protect each other, and once they know that all this was Dusknoir's idea and approved by the Guild trying to save the partner from the protagonist's "evil influence", they would be corrupted trying to protect each other and accidentally killing that team sent by Dusknoir; Dusknoir could even secretly send the Sableye to collect the remains of that team to show them to everyone in the village and the guild, and have even more credible proof that they must be eliminated before they "contaminate" the world.

@@angeliuselconquistador4442 You have a good point. I was mostly thinking that the guild would be at least hesitant to turn on one of their own. Unlike Grovyle, the player has developed a bit of a positive reputation in treasure town, so they wouldn't turn on them immediately. Especially, Azurill and Marill.

Even they may struggle to face down a slayer of gods. Arceus would likely be too busy trying to keep time and space from breaking down. As such, he might send a message to Giratina, the renegade pokemon, his wayward child. He would plead for his child to aid the rescue team in their attempt to restore order. Giratina would probably laugh at this message, seeing that there was a great problem that even the god of pokemon couldn't solve. Chances are Giratina would accept regardless, for even she wouldn't crave the end of all.
And so this team sallies forth, to an unknown ending.

•what if the player touches the groudon statue and gets a vision (not just hearing a voice) and sees grovyle and themself talking about how to lift the fog and the player remembers everything
•the player remembers everything and turns into a human when going to the future
•what if the player remembers everything after they see the bounty of grovyle or at the first time they see dusknoir
•what if grovyle reconizes the player ever since the first time they fight in quicksand cave
•what if dusknoir doesn’t pull the player and partner into the future and grovyle is killed
•what if grovyle and the player dont get seperated but the player turns into a pokemon
•what if it was grovyle that sheilded the player from darkrai and was turned into a human and lost his memory and the player was still human
•what if the player kills darkrai then gets their memory back and decides to leave the partner and goes back to live in the future with grovyle
•show the player and grovyle when they lived together in the future
•what if dusknoir decides to join the player at temporal tower and the time gears don’t work

•what if dusknoir did steal grovyle’s soul (or whatever his plan was in the special episode) and takes over his body and goes back to the past
•darkrai destroys space goes back to the time of red and blue rescue team and destroys space and then gengar and gardivoir and the player and partner from red and blue rescue team have to fight, they kill darkrai and decide to take over the world and then grovyle celebi dusknoir and the player and partner from explorers of sky go back in time and save the world, they go back to the partner’s time and find out guildmaster wigglytuff rules the world.
Now that was something. I actually thought they'd work with darkrai till the end. I was wrong, and then the next bit was obvious. Either the duo rules, or the human rules. We got our answer. Really nice animation. You've impressed me. Please keep up the good work. ^^

It doesn't feel so understandable on how the characters just changed like that, plus I don't think they are powerful enough to do all that stuff. But aside from all that, it's definitely dark
