This is just an insane glow-up; a remake *HATED* by a huge chunk of the community, now being turned into the best modern Pokémon game to mod. What a time to be alive.
I'd put that up to it being made in Unity. We technically already have the tools to mod the shit out of it, we just need to know how to use them/how they'll affect the game.
That Eelektross is BEAUTIFUL. It even does a little dance, like in Gen 5! Well done on everything, but especially Eelektross. (Tbh, though, I think Dragonite and Ho-oh actually look BETTER in flight than standing.)
@i cant think of a name in my opinion, Dragonite should be a little more menacing. Cute, but menacing. I'm not saying it's flying is menacing, I'm just saying making it cuter isn't the way to go imo.

Are you excited for the scales and textures other Pokémon have and that might transfer over somewhat so he looks fresh? Plus, just imagine having him with a Tera type like Poison or Ice? On top of Tera Blast being an any-STAB special move with Eel's SpA stat he could get to go nuts
It’s crazy how far modding for Pokémon has come. Typhlosion regained his glory, and we put Pokémon from an entirely different generation into the game. BDSP is probably the best game for modding, well done!

THIS GOES SO HARD. Ghetsis looks amazing, his theme slaps. You really made Eelektross absolutely perfect, same with the scale for Steelix and it rotating it’s body. You’re the best Pokémon modder.

The Masters models work so well which makes me happy to see, especially as someone who is a big fan of Masters. I'd love to see what the Sinnoh characters would like if they had their BDSP models replaced by their Masters models.

He has the patch on his eye, and the right side of his mouth is noticeably more stiff than the left. So that's the reason he only uses the one hand primarily and has the cane, outside of some minor plot stuff that he talked about as well
while 2d has its own charm, i do agree they handled the 3d VERY poorly with the static poses and washed out colors. boy, and not to mention the sky battle syndrome.....
The shiny colors of pokemon in the 3D models...thats the biggest thing that gets me when it comes to coloration tbh Speakin of animations though, hitmontop not being upsudedown looks so weird LOL

I had forgotten how much I missed Xatu standing still until I saw this video. XD Pretty amazing stuff. Think my favorite part of this has to be when it zooms in on Ghetsis's face as he sticks his cane into the ground. Really gives a cinematic feeling to this showcase, and adds to the evil/insanity of Ghetsis.
Maybe there would be a bit of nostalgia in there because you would unconsciouly think of Xatu from the first Mystery Dungeon games, the Rescue Team ones.🤔
Elektross's animations are a huge improvement. I like that you still gave a nod to it's swimming pose in the atack animation tough, it looks much better there
I love all the changes you've done, especially on Xatu, Typholsion, Steelix and Eelektross I love all these Pokémon but didn't use them in the latest generations mainly because of their model, you make me wanna use them with these animations! I actually also like that Dragonite, Ho-Oh and Salamance are standing instead of flying, especially Salamance The models also look height-accurate, not sure whether that's something you've added or whether they've looked this big before, I like it, though! I also love Ho-Oh's shiny details, it fits! The dynamic camera on Ghetsis looks really nice, too I honestly hope Nintendo adapts most of your changes in future titles, well done!
I don't know if I'm the only one, but I liked that the start shows Ghetchis's silhouette in white, while the background is black, I know this could only be a coincidence, but I imagine that was done for the game in the one that comes from (Black and White); and apart from that, he not only implemented the model of Ghetchis (which is from Pokémon Masters EX) or some animations of some Pokémon (like Typhlosion, which I admit, looks beautiful and fantastic), but also that he implemented 5th Generation Pokémon (remember that BDSP does not contain Pokémon beyond Diamond and Pearl), so, without prolonging this comment, I send my applause and praise to Yisuno for making a great and beautiful effort to do this :D
I’m absolutely loving the work you’ve been doing, and the new animations and seemless porting of Gen V+ Pokémon is beautiful. This and the masters models allowing for new trainers as well leaves me really excited to see what you do next! Justice has been given to Eelektross :’)
Finally! A 3D model of elektross that does it some justice! It looked so intimidating in the original games. In scarlet and violet its just a wiggly worm.
Man this is just absolutely amazing this is so good!!! Ho-oh looks glorious and so does Kyurem. Also the background is fantastic you can really tell how much care ILCA put in the backgrounds all you had to do was add up some touch-ups and man this is just so good Man I cannot wait till this mod is done this is so fucking great!!
These animations and model sizes look really cool I thought model sizing mods would screw up camera angle and look off but it's great And also I really like the attention to Ghetsis' idle animation

i absolutely love this since Gen 5 is my favorite, small suggestion though, if possible maybe give him a bit more oomph in his cane slamming animation in the beginning before the fight starts if that makes sense

It’s crazy that these Pokémon can be modded into the game and almost look like that there could be some extra dlc for bdsp even if they are not in the national or the regular pokedex themselves! Honestly the camera angles on Ghetsis are not only perfect, but man this is something else completely! I need to get these games when I can and see if I can mod them myself.
I love how you fixed Ho-oh, Salamance, Eelektross and Dragonite's 3D animations, and Steelix you made it more alive by spinning it's body. They look awesome like was in Battle Revolution. 👍🏻💯
Some feedback to your amazing job: • Typhlosion's fire looks a bit too fast • The battle speed is also a bit too quick • Does Kyurem not have a battle entry animation yet? The blueish flash was a bit nasty for my eyes • Every mon of Dennis looks great! • Is there a way to add the Pokémon's flying animation in when they are about to use a flying type attack? It looks a bit odd when Ho-Oh does a standing start • When is Mirror B?
The Masters EX models have allowed for SO many older characters to have "official" 3D representation outside of the 3DS. I hope more of them are added, seeing as we just recently got Plasma grunts and the Shadow Triad added.

It would be insane if they did a thing like they did with USUM where they allowed you to fight interdimentional versions of each villain again. I could imagine a multi-battle between you and your rival on one side with both Ghetsis forms on the other
Modders are doing such an incredible job Few questions still go around in my mind: why BDSP have been develop like this? Like, why did they want to make them so faithful to the originals? Was it a Pokémon Company decision or a ILCA decision? These remakes would have been soooo much better.

This. This is what i wanted pokemon BDSP to be like! So many fixed pokemon models, good animations, really good battle theme. Really shows that pokemon fans care more about the series than Gamefreak and Nintendo ever would. Thank you! Edit: I also wanted to point out that i love the attention to detail with the custom Ghetsis reaction when you pulled out Ho-oh. I suposse it would also work with any other legendary pokemon, but dang, this is such a neat little thing. I would also love it if some trainers had custom reaction if you use a shiny pokemon.

I feel like Ghetsis’ first animation doesn’t have enough oomph. With his DS sprite the man was so angry that he planted his cane in solid rock.

This is proof 3D can be better than 2D, it’s always been an issue of color and animations being lackluster. This looks phenomenal.

I’d say it’s a stylistic preference. There’s very good 2d and very bad 2d, but this right here is very good 3d.
3d on 3ds game is pretty good, but getting worse on switch lol, gen 8 and gen 9 is totally disaster.

I think they mainly fixed the problem of weird floating and constant flying and the size issue.
Also I think they added better colors as well
Some feedback to your amazing job:
• Typhlosion's fire looks a bit too fast
• The battle speed is also a bit too quick
• Does Kyurem not have a battle entry animation yet? The blueish flash was a bit nasty for my eyes
• Every mon of Dennis looks great!
• Is there a way to add the Pokémon's flying animation in when they are about to use a flying type attack? It looks a bit odd when Ho-Oh does a standing start
• When is Mirror B?

The Masters EX models have allowed for SO many older characters to have "official" 3D representation outside of the 3DS. I hope more of them are added, seeing as we just recently got Plasma grunts and the Shadow Triad added.

It would be insane if they did a thing like they did with USUM where they allowed you to fight interdimentional versions of each villain again. I could imagine a multi-battle between you and your rival on one side with both Ghetsis forms on the other

Few questions still go around in my mind: why BDSP have been develop like this? Like, why did they want to make them so faithful to the originals? Was it a Pokémon Company decision or a ILCA decision? These remakes would have been soooo much better.
It was almost certainly a GameFreak decision, they probably didn't want another company messing with their games too much.
This is non a remake This is just pokemon diamond end pearl on switch a remake is like oras with new pokemon from new gen things that warent in the original like mega end flying with the lati twins e the change to 2d to 3d

ILCA remade Diamond and Pearl in a new engine, therefore, BDSP are remakes.

This is what i wanted pokemon BDSP to be like! So many fixed pokemon models, good animations, really good battle theme.

Edit: I also wanted to point out that i love the attention to detail with the custom Ghetsis reaction when you pulled out Ho-oh. I suposse it would also work with any other legendary pokemon, but dang, this is such a neat little thing.
I would also love it if some trainers had custom reaction if you use a shiny pokemon.
