HOMEMADE BAGELS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
-the first part of the dough.
2 1/4 cups of bread flour
3/4 teaspoon of instant yeast
1 3/4 cups of warm water
THE DOUGH
on top of the first dough part add...
3/4 tablespoon of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of instant yeast
1 3/4 cups of bread flour
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of extra water if needed
FOR BOILING
6 cups of water
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of baking soda
FOR TOPPING
1 beaten egg white
sesame seeds
everything bagel seasoning
