As amazing as real-time chat on a phone is, it definitely takes away the communication that occurs in our own brain and which is necessary for attention and control.
Doherty got famous for being a nuisance and a brat at the age of 13 and I think that plays a huge part in his personality and soullessness today. okay, alright *cop shows up* I've got video of the accident and if him lying to you about what happened and he might've had a teeny tiny 40oz right before driving arrest him I don't feel safe with this maniac on the streets
A head trauma can be a very sneaky injury. Someone can feel ok then 20 or 30 minutes later they collapse and fall on the ground in the blink of an eye. The way Master Goober here behaved at the sight of his injured camera-man is truly bad
Can confirm from actual experience. Holding a punching bag for someone who decided kicking it was a better idea and before I knew it I'd been leathered in the side of the head. Apparently I carried on as normal and refused to be seen for it, about an hour later I was being taken to hospital. I lost 6 or 7 hours of my life. I remember coming around in the hospital attached to a drip surrounded by my family, girlfriend and her Mum. No idea what had happened. I got discharged and on the way back home I didn't remember where we lived and when we pulled up at the house I thought we were visiting someone. Back to the hospital I went. I still don't truly know what I lost and what the long term effects will be. Stay safe people.
Actually, if you look closely and listen, you can hear the engine rev up, the dash goes from 7th gear to 4th gear, that kind of downshift in rain likely caused a hydroplane due to the torque and engine brake, and thus loses control and panics. To make matters worse, if it wasn't in Rain or Wet driving mode, the engine would have rev matched to a high rpm as it down shifted, adding more torque to the already loose traction. This kid doesn't know how to handle this car and had no business operating it.
So the hydroplane was completely avoidable then and just another reason to hate this man on top of distracted driving, gross negligence, no care for his friend, continued streaming after crash, and all the other stuff he has done in his other videos.
Let's put it simple; he was speeding... ...with wide tires in the rain. That's really stupid. You need to drive slower than the rest in normal cars. And his mistake was obvious, like you explained.
Imagine witnessing a major accident and then watching one dude crawl out covered in blood and another dude with a camera filming. Bizarre and psychopathic at the same time.
even better is that michael got out on his own while jack had to have several people carry him out while he was trying to get soem lady to film him (calling her dude the whole time too)
Head injuries in crashes freak me out. I knew a guy you was in a car accident without major outward injuries. He didn’t go to the hospital but died the next day from internal bleeding in his head. What a dangerous situation he put himself, his “friend”, and the other people around him in. I hope he gets permanently banned from his platforms and has to reevaluate his career and life decisions. Distracted driving is absolutely no joke. I’m just glad this didn’t turn out worse.
No Joke, I knew a teenager who dropped dead of a ruptured brain aneurysm while walking between classes in college, literally dropped dead mid stride according to witnesses. The coroners review of his medical history discovered he had hit a tree while snow skiing a few years prior and believe that is what created the aneurysm that killed him.
My friend had a motorcycle crash that very nearly physically killed him. It might as well have as he wasn't even 1% of the person he had been. He went from a nice and kind person to a dangerous and violent drug dealing hard partying gang member in a bike "club."
3:48 Charlie you’re such a real one for this reference. I used to drive backwards in a 2010s NASCAR Game on the Wii ALL THE TIME. The crashes were sick as fuck.
this fills me with so much rage, how could he just give his camera to his BLEEDING friend? He looks so disoriented as well, how could someone be so heartless
Because he has allowed his clout and money to eat him and his soul alive. Nothing matters to him other than making the number in his bank account bigger.
It takes a psychical examination by paramedics to know if you’ve had any excessive head trauma, concussion, brain damage etc. Jack immediately got his friend to move, stand up, and walk around. His friend looked in a DAZE honestly traumatized. This is sad…
Yeah his friend is definitely dazed as hell from that. You can hear his confusion when the airbags hit him and then his complete silence, he is processing everything while having damage to his head. Hope he gets away from that phycopath...
@@AO-bl7cc They are saying that Jack should not have had his friend do anything until paramedics arrived to examine him. Moving around at all let alone standing up and walking can drastically exacerbate head and neck injuries. As soon as Jack saw that his friend was bleeding profusely if he had any sense he would have had his friend sit down in a stable and comfortable position, stabilized his neck, and immediately called 911.
It's about trying to prevent damage to the spinal cord which is responsible for communications and control in our body and runs all the way along from the brain to the end of the spinal column. All of the senses that go on in and on the surface of our body go through that spinal cord. Pretty impressive stuff.
Its a pretty decent crash yeah but the car is designed to do that, it helps disperse the energy compared to if the front is just rock solid. Plus carbon fibre tends to shatter when it breaks which makes it look more dramatic. That being said, he wouldve been going a decent bit over 100km/h or 60mph for sure
@sebastianruiz-l5m he meant " decent" in relation to the mess. Like he said, the parts are designed to crumble (crumple zone) so yes, its bad and hopefully his insurance wont cover it. Its not like this was a 1985 chevy, which the damage/ bodily harm would have been a lot worse
Yeah exactly. A driver going only half this speed hit my family member and BROKE THEIR RIBCAGE among other serious issues. A slow feeling crash is easily deadly. People just don’t take it seriously enough to realize this very often. And, people drive much much faster than is safe for reactive safety & road width etc etc.

I don't think this crash was an accident. At minimum he was fully aware that he was driving recklessly by texting. At worst he may have accelerated deliberately to slide the car for content
He's definitely going to jail. The court has ironclad evidence for his reckless driving. He's a legit threat to society. He almost got his friend killed. In the worst case scenario, his driving could've killed several people. Yeah, definitely jail time. At least 3 months in.
If your friend's bleeding all over his face after YOU caused his injury, and the first thing you say to him is "film from that phone too", you need to be locked up in a psychiatric hospital for the safety of everyone.
This flat out, cannot go unpunished. He could've killed someone; not just his friend, but what if he spun off into a family of 4 and killed a kid? at the BARE MINIMUM, he needs a driving ban and his licence revoked.
I hate to say this but nothing will happen :/ it’s disgusting but even with all the evidence, he won’t be punished. Bet we’ll never ever hear of this again :/

He didn't hydroplane. He hit the gas, the rear tires spun and kicked the rear end out. He then tried to recover and over compensated with steering wheel turning to the right to recover. The rest is history. 100% his fault. Besides being distracted on his phone, it was also reckless driving because there was no need to hit the accelerator like that. Insurance won't pay a dime.

Doherty got famous for being a nuisance and a brat at the age of 13 and I think that plays a huge part in his personality and soullessness today. Kid was affected by internet fame during the most important period of human life (ages between 10-20 create our personality) and he won't change unless he's horribly injured (like 50-60% of bodily damage) or dies.
I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if his brain works like this: "Okay, I need to be the worst person imaginable, because that gets me views."

I remember coming around in the hospital attached to a drip surrounded by my family, girlfriend and her Mum. No idea what had happened.

It takes more than paramedics on the field, he would or should have gone to the hospital
