I think that’s being a little nice. Mosquitos play a vital role in our ecosystem and without them many plants and animals rely on them to survive. With mosquitoes fish such as trout would have a tough time eating food in the summer without them. They also pollinate other plants. These RUclipsrs do less in the world than that.

That cop was an absolute f u c k i n g dooshbag. You think he would have reacted the same way if he smashed a girl’s camera for filming against his will? Definitely not. If you aren’t being touched or threatened, you don’t get to act like that just because you don’t like a person. @@Cousinbiddy1 Depends on the state/jurisdiction, but the thing is he can be charged with many things. -Harassment -Disorderly Conduct -Incitement or Fighting words -Public Nuisance -Filming without consent Because I have seen this comment so much already, yes filming in public is typically legal and protected by the 1st amendment, HOWEVER many states have specific laws around filming for exploitive or commercial purposes without consent, this would probably end up as a civil case. He is not filming for fun, he is forcing other people to be unwilling actors in a show he is making for profit by provoking them. This prank is purposely made to provoke a reaction for entertainment so he can make money. I love a harmless prank, but myself and most courts would probably not say this was a "harmless" prank.
The legal definition of harassment is unwelcome, uninvited, and unwanted behavior that causes alarm, nuisance, or emotional distress without a legitimate purpose. Stalking is basically repeated harassment over a period of time. Yelling is not at all required to be any of the things I mentioned including disorderly. It can contribute, but is not required.

The best thing about the mic thrower is that when he got harassed, he was chill and didn't let it bother him because he's confident and loves his girl and has a sense of self worth. They wanna purposely make themselves unlikeable public menaces, then maybe they deserve to be shamed in any way possible.

My theory for prank channels is that they're just a natural progression of high school bullies after graduation who have no idea what to do with their lives. Not the only one, sometimes they go into the military or have an awakening and actually grow up or end up in prison, but this certainly is a path for them if their parents can afford the bill. I remember when I used to get bullied, I swear these prank channels say like the exact same shit in the exact same tone of voice. Like when you get mad, they're suddenly like "I'm just joking yo". Long story short, when these individuals can no longer get away with making their peers' lives a bit worse for their own game, they instead go on to make the public's lives a bit worse for their own gain
More like high school looser. If they have consequences then they wouldn't do that. Bullies aren't afraid of consequences when I was in high-school. These pranks are grown up sissy boys. If they get in troubles they will probably call their mommy.

Kudos for him finding a way to hurt them without actually hurting them too. So many people jump to throwing punches and then get in actual trouble or end up in the news.
Yeah, that was the better play. Physical violence, however annoying these tits are I just can't get behind. But by all means throw away their phones, their cameras, their microphones. Because they don't 'need' those to talk to people, and they're invasive.
Make it financially ruinous for these wretched little goblins to pull this crap, that's the smart game.
Especially when he mentions pressing charges for his ruined mic.
I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure you could get him for harassment and sexual harassment seeing as after he asked the girl for her number or whatever ,he was asked to leave them alone and then came back towards them for a second confrontation ect..

Makes a bit of sense tbh.
Makes sense. Most of these twats cry like babies when their target fights back and / or they get a taste of their own medicine.
Huh never thought of that, very insightful
More like high school looser. If they have consequences then they wouldn't do that. Bullies aren't afraid of consequences when I was in high-school. These pranks are grown up sissy boys. If they get in troubles they will probably call their mommy.
