My belief is that a good team begins with strong genuine leadership. Leading by example is contagious and influential. A team that is disconnected will struggle and waste time and resources.
I feel it's put a spotlight on it - and to one of the points of the video, highlighted the areas where challenges exist that need breaking through to move forward. So ultimately it will improve it but right now feeling some pain
It massively improved for our team, first through pure career and organizational survival, but then through the realization of what was possible. We took a five-year (pre-Covid) plan and implemented it within two months. All because we trusted each other, and pushed each other to things we didn't even know we could do. The final piece for us was having a project manager helping us hold each other mutually accountable to our outcomes. This video is spot on. Thank you, Tyler.
I, personally, did not know how to work as a team, but now that I saw this video, I think I understand a little more, besides the quality of the video, it is quite good, keep it up guys!
Well... As a developer I do agree up to some level, yet it's rather difficult to focus or coding when everyone interrupts you every 15 minutes. A true team-player would understand this, and stop interrupting their colleagues in response. It's sad that in reality many of those people who identify themselves as team-players, lack the empathy to understand this. These people make the work environment toxic for those that need long stretches of uninterrupted focus to do their job.
Thank you for amazing videos. I combined Powerful Teamwork and this video together and showed each on consecutive days for our unit on collaboration and teamwork for bell ringers. The videos really hit home. Now I, showing them Remember the titans, This movie really brings home teamwork and the many obstacles they had to overcome.
I heard you today on J'lyn Nye's afternoon show on 630 CHED. I'm pleased to see you have a RUclips channel, as I appreciated many of the things you said during your interview and was interested in hearing more. I'm subscribed now and looking forward to future content.
Not a bad video but comes over like corporate bs. I'd rather have you go more into details to make your point on how teamwork is important and when it shines most.
I am no fan of Steve Jobs's leadership style (see how many lives he destroyed, including his own family) or the fierce "dog-eat-dog" style of the Chicago Bulls. Regardless well done on the video. Keep up the good work!
Appreciate the insights - teamwork is an underrated skill. I discuss teamwork in the last video on my channel too - Discussing how teamwork in sports can be translated to America right now. I hope we inspire people to manifest teamwork. Keep up the meaningful content! Just subscribed to your channel
Teamwork is an important characteristic in professional & personal life. It has two sides, one which strengthens & dignifies teamwork & the other makes some shake hands & do harm to others. ruclips.net/video/3EY0Qpr-k8U/видео.html

In my opinion, for a team to work effectively, there must be solidarity and mutual trust.

Great video! My favorite part is "everything goes great until it doesn't". Not everyone understands the importance of teamwork.
I'm watching your videos to learn English but I found them very informative. Thanks
Everything goes great , until it doesn't. What insight!
Curious, has COVID improved or impaired your teamwork?
