Try the IQ Bars (if you can get them in Canada, I honestly don’t know). Really clean ingredients in those, too, and way less carbs. Would be interested to see how they impact your glucose, if at all!
Thank you for what your doing, this is definitely going to help in many ways with all the different ways you test things definitely never been done for the public like this so again thanks
Awesome! Thanks for your help and time with videos. Hey I have a request can you please try the loaf bread Ezekiel 4:9 ? It's found in the frozen section at Walmart.
Nice work. !!!! You should try something that brings blood sugar high with alcohol that makes the opposite effect!!! Remember the France paradox!!!!!!!
Hey, i just found your channel. Thank you for sacrificing your health for the rest of us. I have a question about carrots. Have u ever tested, just barely cooking regular carrots until they were just soft enough to eat???
Eating 300 grams of carbohydrates daily from fruits, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, etc. will be extremely nutritious and healthy, paired with high-quality animal products like meat, fish, eggs, and fermented cheese. Eating too little amounts of carbohydrates means dless diversity of nutrients and beneficial compounds that supports well-being. Caring so much about blood glucose levels is extremely naive and misleading, carbohydrates from fruits and starchy vegetables don't make anyone diabetic or insulin resistance, but the opposite, they reduce the risk for this conditions, so the truth is much more than just looking at the CGM.
Thank you, verre nice. can you make a video to test what your blood sugar level does when you eat rice in combination with drinking lemon juice or apple vinegar?
Will have to look into the RX bars. Thanks!
Sweet.
Absolutely amazing. Absolutely entertaining and informative and your style is very good.

Good that it works for you. They don't appear to work well with my body. The last time I had one the CGM went nuts.
Great information 🎉🎉🎉
Thankz for sharing your results with us.. appreciate it
Thanks, I LOVEV these, too-because they are real food. ❤❤❤❤

Pretty sure that's the bread he said he eats

USDA dietary guidelines for carbohydrates is
225 to 325 grams a day.
You should keep it under 100 grams

It would be nice for you to do a similar study with inulin, green bananas, cold potatoes and cold rice, but not at the same time
Wow. Those bars gave me a huge spike, but I am a diabetic, type 1
Same here. Try Yes bars. They didn't spike me. I'm type 1 as well.
Have you tried Quest???
Could you try out Quest protein bar?
Please do a premade premier protein shake from costco or Sam's club.
Yes! Also premium protein bars.
Well I’m getting some RX Bars tomorrow!
That bar cleaned me out
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Dates don't like me...they're like a prune's snobby cousin. 😅
That's pretty good considering all the carbs
@@elinino5275 Not all carbs, 9 grams of fat from the peanuts.
do you check for fibers? dates contain fibers and probably peanuts as well
YES!!! and it’s peanut butter chocolate!
Try musashi protein bars pls
Do all other RX bars
BINGO my bouy although be weary when ingredients list natural flavors.
Still a lot of carbs, which is just sugar.
I love the Robert Irvines Protein bars from Walmart.
Two different artificial sugars, so not for me
@@megmodaff5989agree . The ingredient list on those will ultimately kill you.
❤
Can you test grapefruit?
is it sweetened with Allulose Sugar?
They're made with dates
Is this guy type 1? Also is he taking insulin with this food or is that the effect without insulin?
No diabetes but his family members have it so he's being careful.
@@suzannecarrier287Thanks for the info. I just assumed he was type 2.
@@Bhappy925no, he's trying not to get to that point. I believe he started doing this when his a1c started climbing
Why would it spike ? Its no sugars except from dates which are known not to cause spikes. Is this a ad?
But 15g of sugar. With sugar replaced with monk fruit sweetener or stevia, the bar would be much better!
But normal sugar taste better 🤣
@@alan30189 the sugar is natural from the dates, there is no added sugar.
All the sugars in the bar are naturally occurring. Not added. Naturally occurring sugars are different from added and typically better to consume.
@@emilys384 That was already explained. No need to repeat. Thanks, all.
Quest chocolate chip cookies? Found in the pharmacy section of the supermarket. They claim minimal sugar.
Then they're probably loaded with artificial sweeteners
What about added sugar?
Can you try an Aloha bar?
That's my choice!
I noticed on the back of the package that it has 320 mg of sodium. That’s a lot for me, but the rest of the ingredients I like.
I am 5'3". I could have half of this.
I thought each egg white was 6 grams of protein? That would put it at 18 grams of protein.
Nuts and nut butter
Yessir
Read the actual ingredients
you can see it at the top left, this doesnt have soy or maltodextrose like other protein bars
But natural flavors are added. A vague, unknown chemical added which his normally petroleum based.
@@robh1032damn i missed that part, nothing natural about petroleum based lol
I can’t stomach rxbars unfortunately. It tastes like raw egg white to me 😭
320MG OF SODIUM!?!!
I have advice for those who eats it
15grams of sugar still
Please report fiber on your nutritional breakdown
Tf i a rx bar ?
$$$$
They're only $1.99 at Trader Joes
But 15g of sugar. With sugar replaced with monk fruit sweetener or stevia, the bar would be much better!
