I have a 2011 Cayenne Base with 38k miles, it will not shift and stays in 2nd gear however states its in 1st gear, it jumps when you place in Reverse or Drive, regardless iif you place in manual and try and shift, additonally the break pedal seems to sink sown like a 1/2 “ and when you lift up the car moves Never had transmission fluid changed. , any thoughts ?
That’s odd, it should work just fine on the Launch x431. I’ve seen many reporting this issue on the XTOOL but not Launch. Check to see if you have any current fault codes for that module before doing a reset - and besides ensuring you follow the onscreen instructions Im not sure what else it could be. Strange….sorry I’m not much help.
Thanks for your help. I specifically bought the x431 mini pro because of your video. When I get to the point where I try to reset to 0 nothing changes and I get the message negative response. Thanks again

I just performed this and now I have an AWD fault code. No idea why that showed up all of a sudden. Any insight on how to fix it. 2013 GTS.

Sounds like you have a lot going on. Sadly I can’t diagnose from your description. I would scan the modules for fault codes and start there.
How do you reset the value to 0. I keep getting negative response message every time I try to follow your procedure.?
Are you using the same scan tool?

Are you able to get through the onscreen instructions where it tells you to start vehicle, idle, ignition on/off ?
