I have a page in my Wordpress where events are listed using Essential Grid, however when I input the dates, they're appearing out of order (Feb 3rd dates appearing before Feb 2nd, etc) in the browser, but appearing in correct order in mobile, and in the Essential Grid settings preview. Is there a fix for this?
Hi Sarah can you please help me i have purchased a theme and essential grid plugin included in it but when i create my very first grid and click the button save then there is showing an error Empty Ajax Response can you please help me about this ?
Hi Haseeb, sorry I'm not sure about this. You may need to talk to your theme developer or EG directly. I have seen Ajax errors before but only if I don't save the grid right at the start. Also the updated versions have not done that for me either.
Hi, I'm looking to create a custom even grid with a lightbox but want to edit the thumbnail to show a specific part of an image, and then have the full image shown in the lightbox. Is there any way to do that? Thanks for all of your helpful videos. You're a life saver!
Thanks for your awesome feedback. That sounds like a cool idea. I haven't tried that before. When you say a specific part do you mean not just a zoomed in version? I'm thinking you might need to have two whole different images. One for thumbnail and one for light box. Again not sure if you can do that. I might mention it to the EG guys. They're working on an update at the moment.

Hey Sarah, great Vids like your style, like Ben below, I want to have a thumbnail image of a persons face only, but when you click on the image it shows the full image in the lightbox. Did you have any luck sussing that out? I know you can do it with NextGen but not a fan of that plugin
I've mentioned to the EG team that there are lots of requests for multiple images... on in grid and one in lightbox. They said it was a good idea. But beyond that I don't know where it's at. It certainly wouldn't hurt for you to mention to them that you really want that feature. The more people that say it, the higher it will go in priority for them. They're pretty responsive on Twitter: twitter.com/themepunch

I purchased the plugin, doesn't work on my enfold theme and support haven't responded to any of my tickets. Disappointing service, I'll take you advice and try The Grid.
In what way doesn't it work with Enfold? Like doesn't show at all? I have trouble with caching through wprocket and have to customize my settings to make sure it works well together. That sucks, that they haven't got back to you. The Grid is definitely a good contender. It doesn't let you customise quite as much, but if out of the box it does what you want it looks really nice and the back end is pretty nice looking.
After I install it and open ESG when I try to start a new Grid I can input the name and the shortcode address but then nothing else works. When I click on source or any other nothing happens. I can't load any images, it does not do anything. The support replied to me once but never looked into the issue or got back to, I had to ask for a refund. Have you done any Vids on The Grid?

Hi I tried the Instagram stream but it's saying to check username. Is there a specific format the username needs to be written in?
Mr Black Excellence is your username a public profile? It doesn't work with private profiles.
