When Essential Grid hangs up like that right click on the dark background and hit inspect. You can find the element that is blocking the rest of the page and right click it and select delete. I believe the div has the ID of #waitaminute. This has saved me from losing work quite a few times, hope it helps.
I'm editing with wpbakery page builder. in the website it doesn't show thumbnails. but when I click on the magnifying icon it shows the image. Why doesn't it show thumnails in the grid on website?
Yes you can do that if you customise the skin. I think I covered that in my video on skin customisation, if not let me know and I'll see if I can make up another short video on it.

I needed to use a different URL with each element of the grid, but it only has the option to configure an URL from the skin editor, instead from each element in my personalized grid, sad!
Sorry, I missed this message. I would probably do this by adding a custom field (EG allows you to add them) and then add that custom field into the skin. This is off the top of my head, but it should work.

Q1 : Is it possible to add several filters to a grid and to combine them to have narrower results? For example : Filter 1 > Value 1, Value 2, Value 3 Filter 2 > Value 4, Value 5 Filter 3 > ... Q2 : I saw in your video that there are a lot of fields that you can fill data with, but are you free to use these fields as you want or are they constrained by the type of value(s) they accept? For example, Field A only accepts numbers whereas Field B only accepts plain text. Q3. The plugin seems really slow and I'm concerned about its negative impact on my site speed. What do you think about that? Is it well coded? Have you tested your site speed with and without it? Many thanks in advance! ☺
Hi Laurent, Q1: Absolutely, I have done this before. I could make up a quick loom video and pop it in here tomorrow of how to do it. Q2: I don't 100% understand this question. Where are they filling in the fields, do you mean on the hover elements? Or for the filters? Q3: Once you have caching on the site it works fine. I haven't had issues. It's slow to build with, but on a live site it's totally fine. Hope this is helpful. Sarah
I wish someone would make a tutorial for using this with woocommerce beyond just displaying product grids and JUST a lightbox product image. Like getting the add to cart, price, content to display. Essentially just a product page from the lightbox link. The only thing I've managed to get working is the lightbox fetching the long description and title but nothing else , not even the add to cart button which IS set. Despite being in the skin template and moved to an area that isn't a drop zone or hidden. All tut's are from like 2014 and just talk about using a modal plugin to display from the grid. The modal in it is depreciated and no longer maintained as of 2017.
Interesting thought. I haven't used it for woo, but that's not to say I couldn't. If I get some time in the next month or two I'll aim to do one. I think all the tutorials are from such a long time ago because the plugin really hasn't had any solid updates since then. But they have just done a major update, so I think most tutorials probably need a good refresh!

you can check if your server using proxy server, like nginx for static. if not - that could be a reason. try to check it with google page speed insights test
Do you mean when you load the lightbox? If so, this isn't currently a feature as far as I know. But you could always reach out to the Theme Punch team and let them know you'd like it to be added. They are very open to ideas.
