Ive been trying to find motivation to just start getting back into some kind of healthy routine for my mind and body for well over a year. This is great!! This gave me that kick in the butt to make the move to better myself. 💕
I’m in!!!! I have been binge watching your channel since I found it a few weeks ago. I will start tomorrow or later today once I have the guide printed but I am solidly in. I find you extremely motivating and finally someone who shows you how to create a lifestyle with high protein, healthy low fodmap. You are just what I needed to kick my butt into gear. 🎉❤
I hyperextended my knee almost 3 weeks ago, so I am still waiting for it to heal. I’ve had previous injuries to that knee so this time it’s really taking longer to heal. Super frustrating. I will have to start this after everyone else starts. Looking forward to getting back into exercise! Thank you for creating this Charlene! ❤ I can start the other daily tasks which will help me create a healthy habit with them for when I am able to start the exercise part!!!! ❤
OH NOOOO!!!! That is SO frustrating!! Injuries like that are SOOO frustrating!!! The beautiful thing about this challenge is that you can start it literally ANY TIME!!! And just do what you can! Modify and just have fun!!! Always here to cheer you on beautiful!!! And I hope you heal quickly!!! 💕
