Amazing content in this video! I rarely suggest anything in comments, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is a game-changer. It provides deep knowledge on wealth and self-care that can really make a difference. Take care, everyone
I will definitely be joining this 6 week journey to Becoming Her. Your timing is impeccable as I turn 30 in exactly 6 weeks. My nutrition has been great recently as I’ve been following various plans on the deliciously Ella app but a lot of other things have fallen by the wayside such as my sleeping/exercise/hydration. Your goals are closely aligned to my own, but I’ve put my own twist on them to suit my lifestyle and what I know is achievable for me: 1. In bed by 10pm every night 2. No phone till 8.30am 3. 15 minutes of a non fiction book 4. 7000 steps per day 5. 1L of water before 12pm 6. 3 workouts per week 7. Meditate and use my shakti mat for 10 minutes, 3 times per week 8. For the last few minutes of my morning shower, turn it cold 9. Do my skincare routine every night - even if it’s just a 2 step wash and moisturise 10. Make sure my kitchen is cleared up every evening, ready for the following day
This is all so true! When I’m on my routine waking up early, journaling, praying, working out, being organized, reading. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!! I feel calm, focused, not anxious and becoming the person I dreamed of. Best feeling in the world when your at peace with yourself.
Love this! Another reason i love hannah so much is that she is way more a) realistic than others on social media and b) adds things like "doing something for someone else" to a wellness list like this. How cool is that?!

Hi Thanks for sharing this info. I started my path to reinventing myself a year ago, I’m now living healthier, confident, stronger, making 6 figures, having leisure to enjoy family &friends. I feel happier and living my life for myself . This is to encourage someone “you can start anytime to have a reset it’s worth it! I’m striving to continue growing cus it’s a journey 💗
Change your mindset, read self-help books, expand knowledge, budget and don't spend on impulse, save, take your finances seriously, eat healthy, exercise your body, meditate; the list goes on... I hope it is useful to you.
I learnt to be frugal, minimal on spending, saving and paying myself first through Investing, made Plans, growing passive income, Read a lot of books on finance, followed my plan consistently
Guys! How do we do this together?! What’s the best way? I haven’t had a Facebook account for years so how else? I could create a ‘thread’ every day to share pics if people use Threads? Maybe I just post instagram stories throughout the day to stay on track and il reshare all your tagged stories too? Let me know ❤ so excited xx
I can't begin to count how many times I've started my own version of "personal goals." I love how realistic and manageable your list is. Mine will look a little different than yours, but I still want to be a part of this experience! I love this!
This is why I love watching your vlogs you hit the nail on the head with saying what everyone one else is thinking. This is so relatable. I really hope you keep your mojo throughout and make yourself happier by achieving all your set goals. I'll be cheering you on :)
I turn my phone off in the evening, but in the morning I’m slow go and downstairs coffee and then of course sit on the phone, really need to keep the phone off,so good tips!
It always amazes me how great I feel when living more intentionally but then I switch to some "automatic mode" with all the social media scrolling and laziness ) Now I decided to describe in a journal what I feel when that "mode" is coming. And one recommendation from me if some day you don't feel like being the best version of yourself: don't give up. Just give yourself that one day and get back to your routine tomorrow. Try to analyze what happened and continue moving to your goals. It's better than being hard on yourself - create a friendly, loving environment for the future you. Good luck everyone!
Super late to the game but I am wanting to do this for the new year! I do feel like I do a lot of the habits that were mentioned in the video, (except I am always reading fiction as of late) but here are my goals: -Get my apartment organized, so take at least 15 minutes a day organizing some part of my home -Cut down on sweets, so limiting dessert to twice a week, no junk food in between -Consistency with exercise, I’m pretty good about this already, but just sticking to it as I gear up for a marathon We got this! 🎉💪💓
This video popped up in my feed - it’s the first one I’ve seen from you. I’m so inspired by everything you spoke about Hannah - excited to follow the next six weeks. Particularly love the trying something new and helping others elements of this ❤
Playing jazz is such a game changer. My husband and I play jazz every week night whilst preparing dinner together and whilst we sit at the dining table ever since we met 6 years ago. It’s just the perfect way to relax and I find myself doing it even when he isn’t there! It feels like such a date night (with or without him!) Great video! Xx
Hey there. Your vid just came up on my feed and I'm loving all the suggestions. One thing though, when you walk your dog that should be all you do, mindful walking. Look at how your dog is enjoying being with you and out and about. Look at the world around you! You're using that time to cross things like talking to your parents off your list and not looking at how wonderful the sky is and the changes in seasons etc
Just started watching your 6 week series, can’t wait to see the next vlog!! Hearing about your goals inspires and motivates me for mine😊 I find that if I give myself too many goals though, I end up finding them daunting and give up before I even try🙈 So I stick to easy/simple goals that I know I can accomplish. I don’t have Facebook to join your FB group but here are my goals🤓: 1. faith- worship+pray before bed Sun-Thurs nights (I get the best sleep when I do this, highly recommend😌) 2. sleep- be in bed by 11:30pm 3. water- drink 6 glasses of water daily 4. nutrition- plan + grocery shop + meal prep for at least 2-3 days 5. exercise- 1hr of cardio + 1.5hrs of yoga per week 6. full skin care routine 1-2x a week Hope everyone did well with theirs😇
MY MORNING ROUTINE: :) - wake up at 9-10am (no more than 12) - do skin care - make coffee - workout(pilates) - do 7k steps - eat breakfast - lastly start my day by doing hw, cleaning, etc.
I couldn’t have watched this video at a better time. I love this, especially the try something new element. I am such a creature of habit so venturing out and trying something new is likely to be exactly what I need ❤
I'm a big fan of hannah and I like her content! But I must admit that I am surprised how little is said about the book Womens magic truths on borlest, if you want to build a lot of self-confidence, I recommend reading the book!
Thank you so much!! I know this is a little late, but this is something I discovered and wanted to try, but nobody told me like to actually do it, so it has been on my mind for a little and this was the kick that I needed!!! Thank you🥰
Every positive thing we do for ourselves matters - it's the accumulation of small changes, to the good or the bad, that ultimately makes the most difference in our future selves.
Just found this video, and it's great! I hadn't realized I DO a lot of these already, without even thinking they are goals, but learning that they are, makes me feel so accomplished! I begin my day with getting up early (early to bed, early to rise!) and I like what you said that this makes you feel ahead and more in control of your day, and not the other way around - it's a great feeling! Then it's coffee with RUclips, to relax and plan my day, making my bed keeps my room looking neat, therefore my brain feels orderly! I have morning Prayer, which is peaceful, and helps me feel more grounded and in control of my day). I workout 5 times a week, switching it up with weights, toning and 30 mins of cardio, and I drink a ton of water, without even trying! Thank you for this video! 💐💛🌞
Looking forward to joining you on this adventure, so many of your non-negotiables resonate with me. I love the fact to not look at my phone before 9 AM or after 9 PM!
Love love love this! I have the same problem with not wanting to read non-fiction books and have found that listening to them on audible is sooo much easier and I actually take in the information so much better. Can’t wait to start tomorrow!
I am just now seeing this Hannah. I'm a bit behind, BUT I SO NEED THIS. Your mom's saying is SO true. I want good change. So I am going to write out my plan tomorrow. My non-negotiables. I'm ready to get started on a new chapter of positive change.
I've never seen your channel before but RUclips recommended it today and the title intrigued me. I love everything about this, and am excited to follow along and join in this 6 week challenge. I definitely subscribed and look forward to catching up on your previous videos.
I love this! The timing is great for me because tomorrow is the start of a really intensive training program at work (I'm in finance so think a lot of exams for securities licenses) and I don't want to be so stressed that I lose sight of important self care habits. I am going to write mine today & look forward to seeing how they work for you!
Lovely video, thank you for the inspiration. Writing things down is definitely the step I need to start doing, I’ve got a diary but in the last few months I haven’t been using it and can often feel overwhelmed by everything I have going on - which isn’t even that much!!! ❤
I can’t do ANYTHING without music. Cleaning, cooking any chores I need music in the background. It just makes me happy and enjoyable in what task I’m doing
This is brilliant! Thanks Hannah. Exactly the motivation I needed after returning from a holiday and struggling to get things back on track. I'm in! Also, would you mind sharing the books you're reading during the 6 weeks please? That would be really interesting. ❤
her goals❤: 1) get a head start on the day (wake up earlier than usual) 2) no screen time before and after 9am/pm 3) 10 oages of a non-fiction book 4) get ready for the day in the first hour of waking up 5) 8-10k steps (outside) 6) drink 2l of water 7) 30min of resistance exercise at least 3x a week 8) 30min of tidying every evening 9) 15min of reflection (no phone, music, podcast,...) 10) 20min of planning & organizing 11) weekly challenges: 11.1) every single week try something new 11.2) one date night 11.3) do something for someone else
Hi Hannah, I really like the 9 am - 9 pm idea and I'd like to share my appreciation. bcs this whole 5 am and 6 am morning routine videos are unrealistic. Also, people wake up at 5 am and do nothing, I mean there has to be a point behind it. And if you do the whole same routine 10 am to 6 pm but people call you lazy but, if you do the same routine 5 am to 1 pm people call you productive. So your productivity video is make really sense and thank you for being honest and realistic.
So I have such a hard time getting my steps in because I get so bored/unmotivated walking on the treadmill after the 1 mile mark (approx 2k steps) but you mentioning the idea of breaking up your walks in the morn, afternoon, and evening inspired me! Instead of dedicating a period of time to getting in x amount of steps in at once, maybe I’ll also break it up so I don’t dread walking!! Thanks for the idea ☺️🫶
I am so excited to join you on this 6 weeks!!! This couldn't have come at a better time. I also heard that fact about the 10k steps, I think it was Dr Tim Spector
Such a valuable video! I don’t often promote books, but the book women’s magic truths on borlest is an exception. It’s packed with insights on wealth and self-care that are not widely known. All the best to everyone
This was the most motivational "Best version" YT video I have ever seen. I have never actually asked myself what my ideal self looks like and you have sparked a light in me! I will be doing this for 6 weeks, and hopefully the rest of my year/life!!
Hi Hannah, I'll definitely join along. I dont have so many things that I would need to change right now, but it seems very doable to get those 2 or 3 issues I need redone sorted out, and like you say they those are constantly interfering with how I am feeling and making positive opportunities less positive. For reading non fiction I try to feel grateful for the content then I appreciate that I read it and I've had to read a tonne of nonfiction- not all great or easy topics, but try the grateful thing. Not that you seem to be struggling.
I havent even watched the vlog yet but I'm so happy it was the first video to appear on my feed! I was looking forward to find some self care/ getting back to routine inspiration and specifically from you, Hannah ☺️ your videos are so calming and I can relate a lot with your routine. I just got back from vacation and I feel like a mess haha so need to get back on track! Thank you!!!
I totally agree with you that if I am not taking my shower or doing some makeup when I met some people I just don't like talking to them as much as I have done that I feel like I'm more comfortable if I taking care my skin first even it's not a huge difference but I am feeling much better
I really love your idea and definately I am up for it! No screen time during meals and reading 10 pages a day would be the ones I am going to incorporate into my daily routine! I am looking forward to seeing the outcomes.
Hello. I want to learn English. I am Turkish. I need to talk to someone to learn English, but I don't have a friend around me whose native language is English. Can you talk to me in English for one hour a week?
I love this!! I’m on Christmas break now and it would be so easy to not do anything and get into bad habits so this is great to get into some better habits just before the new year 🫶🏼
Love this idea, will try and follow as well! I alsways walk my dogs first thing before breakfast & after dinner, its like 20 mins x2 of ME time , to enjoy my thoughts in nature.
Definitely feel motivated to do something like this. And I like how you mention feeling presentable to walk your pup. Sense leaving in person school and now having it online completely I find it so hard to be motivated to do anything like getting properly ready.
Well this knocks the 75 day challenge out of the window doesn't it? I'm all with granny p's comments ( only a small tad younger , very small ) and will be doing this too . Thank you ! Look forward to following progress.
Hello. I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your channel. I’ve started watching them with pen and paper because I find that I make a lot of notes on books you’re reading, products you use, just so many things you mention that I’d like to know more about and research. I wanted to ask if you usually note what clothing brand you are wearing in your videos? We have the same aesthetic and your clothes always look very clean and cozy, which is what I look for as well.
This is a wonderful idea. I am definitely going to do this with you. I've been thinking about making much needed changes and this in the perfect motivation I needed.
Love this so pleased I came across your channel! 😊 this video has really pulled me out of a dark place and given me so much motivation! Me and hubby are about to write down our non-negotiables. Xx
This is genius!! It’s certainly sustainable unlike many other recommendations here on RUclips and I can imagine how empowered, productive and energised we will all feel when we incorporate this into our lives!! The tips here remind me of this ⬇️ Quote ~ Set peace of mind as your highest goal and organise your life around that 🕊️✌️ THANK YOU Hannah 🙏❤️☺️
Love your non negotiables Hanna! So nice to see that I have similar plans and those are not always easy to carry out! I love walking my dog and just not talking to anyone! Good luck with everyithing! I may set similar routine! Pleased that your video came up on Sunday morning! I'm thinking of signing up for hot yoga! Best wishes x
I think this is an excellent idea! The ideas sound quite beneficial for physical and mental health, and you have definitely inspired me to work on myself more. And it would be quite fun to do it together! 💞
WE HAVE A FACEBOOK GROUP ☺️✨ it’s going live tomorrow so join here: m.facebook.com/groups/832914741526127/?ref=share so excited 💗

Congratulations sis! Thanks for encouraging others with your story, I will love to get tips from you too
Change your mindset, read self-help books, expand knowledge, budget and don't spend on impulse, save, take your finances seriously, eat healthy, exercise your body, meditate; the list goes on... I hope it is useful to you.
How did you grow to 6 Figure ? I’m honestly trying to work on my personal finance this year.
Congratulations to you girl that's a great accomplishment keep it going 💯🤗

Oooh yes! I would definitely get threads for this🤍
Threads would be so good for this or even sharing on Instagram stories 🫶🏼
Or maybe a group profile on Instagram where we all will be able to share posts?

Perhaps a discord server? It’s very similar to slack with channels etc

I really love this. Thank you, this is what I needed as 21-year-old college student in the middle of a career change.
Just popped up on my feed - love this and not heard the phrase 'be where your feet are' before- it really resonates with me.

One of my New Year’s resolutions is to alternate novels with either classic literature or non fiction, easy to implement. Love your inspiration
I just want to grow more and more in god ✝️✨

Also, would you mind sharing the books you're reading during the 6 weeks please? That would be really interesting. ❤
her goals❤:
1) get a head start on the day (wake up earlier than usual)
2) no screen time before and after 9am/pm
3) 10 oages of a non-fiction book
4) get ready for the day in the first hour of waking up
5) 8-10k steps (outside)
6) drink 2l of water
7) 30min of resistance exercise at least 3x a week
8) 30min of tidying every evening
9) 15min of reflection (no phone, music, podcast,...)
10) 20min of planning & organizing
11) weekly challenges:
11.1) every single week try something new
11.2) one date night
11.3) do something for someone else

excited for this journey. starting with you all the way from Saudi! thanks for sharing hannah! love and peace
If I thought like you when I was in my younger years, I would be in really good shape now. You are an inspiration. Thank you. ☺️
U r not late dear
I am so excited to join you on this 6 weeks!!! This couldn't have come at a better time. I also heard that fact about the 10k steps, I think it was Dr Tim Spector
Your non negotiables are exactly mine and I kept nodding my head as you listed each one! Love this
Such a valuable video!
You are AMAZING!!! You touched me all the way to UTAH!!! In the USA! Thank you so much!!!!
OK SO 6 WEEKS TO NEW YEAR AND DAY AFTER TOMMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAYYYYY
I M TAKING THIS CHALLENGE AND HOPE WE ALL ENTER STRONG IN NEW YEAR
Love this, Hannah❣️ I‘m in. Thank you for being so inspiring 🩷🌸
Lots of love your way ✨
I totally agree with you that if I am not taking my shower or doing some makeup when I met some people I just don't like talking to them as much as I have done that I feel like I'm more comfortable if I taking care my skin first even it's not a huge difference but I am feeling much better
apart from all of it i wanna compliment your voice. its very soothing.
I really love your idea and definately I am up for it! No screen time during meals and reading 10 pages a day would be the ones I am going to incorporate into my daily routine! I am looking forward to seeing the outcomes.
Love this! Ive been in the Jammie trap myself! Ready to reengage a proper AM routine. 🎉
Definitely what I needed to hear right now! Marking this day to be my day 1 ❤💪🏻
I needed the motivation to do this. I’m with you! Let’s do it! 😁😁
Hello. I want to learn English. I am Turkish. I need to talk to someone to learn English, but I don't have a friend around me whose native language is English. Can you talk to me in English for one hour a week?
GREAT VIDEO HANNAH!!!! I AGREE WITH YOU 100%. YOU ARE ON TH E RIGHT TRACK.
I love this!! I’m on Christmas break now and it would be so easy to not do anything and get into bad habits so this is great to get into some better habits just before the new year 🫶🏼
I just love this account. It gives me so much inspiraton and power. Thank you for that!
Love this idea, will try and follow as well! I alsways walk my dogs first thing before breakfast & after dinner, its like 20 mins x2 of ME time , to enjoy my thoughts in nature.
That you so much for this ❤ I will be starting this next Monday following a very busy week and weekend. This has come at the perfect time 😊
Hello 👋 I am starting today too 😊 ❤
Definitely feel motivated to do something like this.
Xx
Love this idea! Definitely going to try it out with my own spin on things
This is genius!! It’s certainly sustainable unlike many other recommendations here on RUclips and I can imagine how empowered, productive and energised we will all feel when we incorporate this into our lives!! The tips here remind me of this ⬇️
Quote ~ Set peace of mind as your highest goal and organise your life around that 🕊️✌️
THANK YOU Hannah 🙏❤️☺️
Watched this video while walking on the treadmill and you've totally inspired me to be more present with fhe rest of my morning!
I have my phone set for DND from 9 pm to 9 am. All notifications are silenced and sleep mood is set. It’s been such a game changer.
I love this idea! It will be quite grounding fir me as i start school in two weeks.
Can’t wait to see more from this series ❤
Def going to try this, even if just a couple stick. Where is your jumper from please ? 😍
Going on a trip, but I will definitely catch up and start 6 weeks of being my best self with you next week. Great idea!
100% I need to do all the things you mentioned. I spend too much time watching TV after work. Thanks for sharing!
I am going to try to do this with you. It is true that it is more fun to do it with others. Looking forward to the next 6 weeks.
Now make sure to exactly follow this bright advice from Dr, Pinderschlager, its just mindblowing bravoooooo
This has made me think! I’m joining, and writing my non negotiables today.
I love this so much! Thank you for being so motivative ❤ Thats something I really needed. Lets do this ❤
Love your non negotiables Hanna!
YESSS HANNAH THANK YOU I NEEDED THIS BAADDDD💕
Love this and it's great timing as I'm going thru an uplevel review of my lifestyle and work! Thanks for sharing!!!
