I needed this! After being in the office for a year, you perfectly described my life. I’m at a desk all day then I drive home and sit on the couch for a good portion of the night. It’s so easy to get stuck in that rut especially during the winter. I at least spent a lot of time improving my diet and eating home cooked meals but now it’s time to introduce daily exercise back in my routine! So excited to start this journey!
Love this! Sent my request for the Facebook group. It's like you knew that my goal for the summer was to be more mindful of what I was eating, the exercise I was getting and the way I was spending my free time. Thank you for the additional motivation!
It helps me to think of what the ideal me would do in any situation, then do that. Would she eat that? Would she go workout? Would she take breaks to learn, read, rest, pray, or enjoy peace? Then do that.
Is it bad that you’re part of my morning routine 😂, your videos are genuinely so calming and grounding in the mornings when I’m doing chores and it makes me feel at peace ❤
love your jumper (but i also love your earth tones) !! thank you for doing a new "becoming her" series. i agree with everything you said. i often feel like im a trainwreck and its due to a lot of procrastination and wasting a lot of time. i KNOW this will be a good thing for me to do/follow along because it can get good habits in place. im praying i'll not procrastinate again. you look beautiful as always. beautiful home and you just exude a true sweetness. im sorry to hear sophie isn't youtubing any longer. i did hear her singing on instagram and she is truly talented. i love the connection you have with her and your family. i lost my brother just 2 yrs ago now and each day is very hard because i miss him so much.
Just requested joining your Facebook group and am certain,y up for the challenge. Thank you for taking the time to put this together again. I wasn’t in the right space to do it last year, a lot has changed for me and I can do it now. I am living on my own now and was just saying to my friend yesterday how I love th fact I can keep my home as I want it now, tidy!! It make such a difference and still makes me happy on a daily basis!!
I'm afraid I have to take issue with the instruction to make our beds as soon as we rise.....beds need to be aired for at least an hour . We all sweat in the night, and that warmth and moisture will get trapped under the duvet if it's not allowed to dry out first.
Ya I’m guilty of making the bed straight away , my mum always said air the bed !! May be I will go downstairs have breakfast , shower etc then return and make bed , least it has a while to air …….
Love it Hannah! Know what I recently did? I had data removed from my phone plan. So I can only call or text if I dont have wifi. It keeps me from being too much on my phone. GPS works without data, which I didnt know, and when I learned that is when I got rid of the data. ; )
Would love to join - I super struggle with the phone one unfortunately because of being diabetic (type 1) I need to constantly monitor my blood sugar using an app on my phone. It really means I'm glued to it non stop - particularly when eating, first thing in the morning and last thing at night. It's also then so easy to get caught up just being on my phone all hours of the day. My screen time is over 13 hours daily 🤦♀

Could you, please, talk more about this/explore this subject more? PS Really, really miss your sister’s videos. Please, tell her to come back or at least to make old videos become available again!.. 🥺

I always pull back the quilt and open window , let the bed and room air before making bed
