I have started a new program, about a month ago, with losing weight and reinventing my eating habits. And be more purposeful in what and when I eat. I’m doing well and want to lead a more cleaner life. Thanks for being there and your encouragement. Now, I must get back with more episodes. 😊

I love this challenge cause it focuses on our whole wellbeing not just fitness which is a nice change. Roo looked so precious running among the flowers 🥰 dinner must've been delicious! The fires were really bad here in Greece, we have fires each year it's heartbreaking and scary. All I could see for days was smoke and ashes...truly devastating...
