I just noticed this; Shinobu warns Araragi to not give her too much of her power back because she could end up betraying him. But they're already close enough to want to die together at this point and later on we find out that even at full power she wouldn't change her mind at all. She probably just said this because she actually prefers having lost her powers, as she later explains as well, and doesn't want Araragi to have the option to make use of her true powers?

That scene when araragi almost cause the death of mayoi reminds me of okabe causing the death of kurisu, he supposed to save her but ended up stabbing her.

It's probably Araragi's mom; it's established earlier in the series that she's a police officer.
