I love smash ultimate
Why do my videos keep having glitches when exporting them like at 0:44 i hate it so much
I cant see them in the editing program either so there is nothing i can do about it

Im pretty disinclined to believe that there will be a new smash game in the foreseeable future, if at all. Sakurai was daily going on abiut how overworked and tired he was when making Ultimate. He alluded to it being the last one. I would love an ever evolving smash bros roster and a game packed to the brim with content i just have a hard time believing its possible
There will obviously be a new smash game in the future even if it isnt anytime soon, and while Sakurai is a great game director he isnt the end all be all of weather a new smash bros happens or not. With how much can still be done in smash bros and the amount it sells I just dont see Nintendo letting it end with Ultimate
me too, i think expanding the roster is how they should do it. there are so many characters i want to see. joe musashi, rock howard, andy bogard, mai shiranui (i don't care if smash bros is a game for good "good boys and girls" get over it, it needs to have the same rating as brawl did, Rated T, pegi 12, cero c or what ever. krystal, sol badguy, sans, axel stone, frank west, zero, blaziken, hisuian trainer, etc etc. these characters already deserve to be apart of the base roster

Honestly a "Deluxe" Ultimate sounds good on paper, but if the leaks are true and the new console is backwards compatible, I highly doubt we'll get a port at that point since its already playable on the hardware.
The next game can literally have 40 characters but if it has rollback netcode as good as SF6 I would literally not mind. (Not to mention 40 characters is still a medium sized roster)
Maybe they can update World of Light and not just have the character run around running into balls to fight puppet fighters. Maybe they can interact with the puppet fighter to battle them.
Netcode is the only thing they need to fix really. Cut the roster down and make online good and thats all I need

Inbetween the realease of Brawl and 4 there was a difference of 6 years... Keep in mind that ultimate was basically rushed to hype the switch and bury even more the WiiU.

I wish they would get rid of the echo fighters but not by removing them but by changing their moveset. They could still be similar but not almost the same. Kinda like Captain Falcon and Ganondorf or Ness and Lucas

yes, in fact, some of the older characters in smash need to have revamped movesets, ken should have his sf5 design, NO v-trigger just traditional street fighter ex mechanic.
If they decided to made a new Smash Bros for a next Nintendo console, the most big priority to do for fix Smash Bros in hope they gonna do it for the next game is to rebalance the characters roster because, not gonna lie and I gonna be straight, the character roster in Wii U/3DS and Ultimate is pathetic since we have too much Fire Emblem characters, too much Pokemon characters and too much Mario characters while Star Fox and Kirby have only 3 characters since Brawl, Captain Falcon is still alone since the first Smash Bros 64 game despite there are others F-Zero characters and we have even Bood Falcon who could be a good Captain Falcon Echo if Nintendo is too lazy for bring back other F-Zero characters with new moveset but they didn't do it for Ultimate so there are so much characters who miss their chance and who could end up like a good Echo characters like Shadow the Hedgehog as a Echo characters for Sonic so, when I see they miss so much opportunity with the Echo system, I feel like the Echo system is useless in Ultimate, Zelda characters don't get any newcomers since Brawl so we have just 3 different Link with similar moveset, Earthbound / Mother have only Ness and Lucas since Brawl.
There are two way to fix it:
-First way: If Nintendo still play dumb by refuse to add more Star Fox, Metroid, Kirby, Earthbound/Mothers, F-Zero characters and others, I think they should better removed somes Mario, Fire Emblem and Pokemon characters for the next game because I don't think people gonna laught the Nintendo jokes if they release another newcomer from Pokemon, Fire Emblem and Mario characters by still do f*ck finger to others Nintendo characters when we remember about the Byleth drama in Smash Ultimate with Sakurai who get hardly insulted on his Twitter account for have add another Fire Emblem characters or people who was upset against others people who wanted more Mario and Pokemon characters instead see more characters from the others serie who suffer a lack of playabe characters. I think they should remove the Piranha Plant from Mario Roster, remove Lucina, Chrom and Ike because they are too much similar to Marth and Roy and not only because the moveset since they have blue hairs, swords and cape as well instead be unique so I can only see Corrin and Daraen to have something unique about design or moveset and be so much different unlike Marth and his brothers and sisters, remove Pichu and Lucario or Mewtwo since they are too much similar each other.
-Second way that I like more than the first way: To not add any Mario, Fire Emblem or Pokemon newcomer for the next game except if it's Waluigi or the Black Knight since people want them so much, add more Star Fox characters like Slippy and Peppy who was supposed be playable in the Smash games since Melee before they go cut and add Krystal and Leon Powalski as well, adding more Metroid characters like E.M.M.I, Raven Beak and the Hunters like Noxus, Sylux and others from Metroid Prime Hunters, give somes love to the F-Zero serie by finally add new characters from the F-Zero serie, adding more Kirby characters like Magolor, Taranza, Susie and Galacta Knight, add more new Zelda characters like the Champions from BOTW (Revali could be a good choice since I don't remember to have see a Smash character use a bow as his main weapon) or previous Zelda games characters like Zant, Midna and somes others, add more Earthbound/Mothers characters, add more Sonic, Mega Man and Banjo-Kazooie characters in Smash now they have add them in the Smash serie.
Ah and of course to add more new stages level like they did in previous Smash games instead do recycled stage content just for the fan service with a lack of new playable stage because the true fan know at start the Smash Bros games always have new stage for the next Smash game and very few old stage bring back to the new games and that the roster was always balanced since Smash 64 to Brawl until Smash Wii U/3DS and Ultimate coming and ruin it.
It's was long but it's my own way to see what Nintendo should really do for the next game because, not gonna lie, when Smash Ultimate have been released and when I have see most of the content without and with the DLC, I was feeling disappointing since Smash Ultimate really missing a very good balanced playable characters choice because, when we see there are too much Mario, Pokemon and Fire Emblem playable characters while there is a big lack of playable characters choice for the others serie, it feel like Nintendo try to do somes publicity toward Mario, Pokemon and Fire Emblem serie for force Smash players to give more attention to the Mario, Pokemon and Fire Emblem games as if they was the 3 games who get the worse sales and that everyone don't really care. I don't really understand why they do that since they are the 3 most popular game in Japan unlike Star Fox, Pikmin, Metroid and somes others who are less popular in Japan and who deserve more attention than Mario, Fire Emblem and Pokemon.

They should just do a Smash refresh. 25-30 characters, completely new and updated movesets, new game-changing mechanics, etc. Brawl, Smash 4, and Ultimate have felt very similar, now's the perfect time for something creative and unique.

Honestly I just want a Smash Ultimate 2, a definitive edition that maybe gives us one more round of DLC but mainly just cleans up the issues that plague Ultimate and keep it from being a truly SSS tier fighter. Just some examples:
Echo fighters. Either consolidate them into skins or give them meaningful differences, at least stuff like Dr Mario's changes.
Ridiculous input and ping lag
The ladder/bridge combos that plague half the roster, and to a much lesser extent zero to deaths... Im sorry but Ultimate is SO fucking boring to watch when characters like Meta Knight, Mario, Kazuya, Luigi, etc. get a KO off the same exact up-air or drag-down multihit spam over and over. They should be as interesting and varied as any other character, but hell a bunch of characters have the same exact combo game to the point where its almost an archetype in and of itself.
The ridiculous number of characters with counters that have much more interesting ideas to pull from (looking at you, Sora and Sephiroth...), and lack of broader representation in mainline characters movesets (Link in particular has three versions and somehow they all have the same moveset, like WTF, wheres the hammers and magic armors and lanterns and the massive arsenel Link is known for??)
Randomly nerfed techs like dash dancing, foxtrotting, ledge canceling... I dont think we need to have all the insane, high APM tech from Melee, but it would go a long way to making Ultimate feel better to play AND open up variety in gameplay.
Bring back the minigames and for the love of Christ give us back shit like Smash Run. I know were not getting Subspace Emissary but make the other modes actually worth exploring, PLEASE! I miss Board the Platforms and Target Test so much 😢
Allot of characters and mechanics being reworked is defintely something I want to see as well, especially with some of the older characters theres so much moveset potential but still mainly use the their moves from 64/melee
A lil' more hitstun would open up more combo variety
@@SSJPENGUIN I think emphasis on "a little" because while combo variety is poor, combos in general are crazy strong. It's just the variety in setups and extenders that really need work.
I think Ultimate already feels pretty good on either end of hitstun/hitlag, I've never personally felt like I didn't have an opportunity to combo where I should unless it was from crazy base knockback making them unreachable. I'm an extremely casual player, though, so I can only really speak as a spectator.
One thing to consider is for them to add more kinds of hitstun. We have "electric" attacks which add more (which I really don't see as being any different), but it would be cool to see different amounts of actionability and effects on movement. Like fire/ice attacks making DI more/less effective, maybe another kind of hitstun can be jump-canceled like Meteor Canceling, and so on.
Idk I'm just thinking off the top of my head on what would make Ultimate more interesting rather than what would make a new Smash game great.

I have a good idea for a smash game name "Super Smash Bros Supreme" might just be me.
there has only ever been one smash bros game per console that nintendo released so unless we get the wii 360 or the gamecube 5 we arent getting another smash probably for another 5 years
Tbh I do this another smash game is gonna happen but I think it would likely focus on kinda rebooting the series. I can imagine character movesets being revamped and such to better represent their more modern games. That and also characters who NEED a revamped moveset. If another smash happened and had like revamped movesets for some and a story mode that can reach heights similar to subspace then I think it’ll be a solid title after Ultimate. Of course there will be cuts as expected and I expect like almost half the roster of Ultimate to be cut. Tbh however as long as the memorable fighters are kept (more specifically ones with fun movesets) then I’ll be fine with whatever happens.

One thing that I'd love if they did would be, aswell as adding new characters, they'd distinguish some of the semi clone characters more like ganon and Dr mario, or just giving some characters completely new movesets, like sonic.

I wish for some polishment on the mechanics the game already has or maybe different desing choices.
Some characters are very good while others are just straight boxing bags.
Maybe some changes on neutral airs or how hit boxes work on sword fighters.
Certain fighters spend their time jumping and pressing the A button because that turns them into a flying hit box if the animation is a kick you still land the hit even your character is not facing them.
Something similar happens with swinging a sword.

Naw, I played subspace multiplayer with my brother, and I couldn't beat the final boss multiplayer, only single player because you get more stocks. It was really hard, but A fantastic story mode that was made WITHOUT VOICE ACTING. Ultimate could have used its new animation style and voice acting to make subspace even better, but they couldn't cause there were too many characters. I feel like if they released something like a DLC story mode with only some of the characters, then released more story modes with different characters and a different plot line, that could work.
Also make it so I can record smash bros clips without paying money. I swear another reason to make me play on my Ps4. I know I can use a capture card, but I shouldn't have to use a capture card to record a nintendo game.

"Ultimatum" is Latin for "Final". Ultimate comes from Ultimatum. You can probably guess what that means.
If there is ever to be a Smash game again, it will probably be a modded version of Ultimate/Flash 2, a Sony or Microsoft ripoff, or Smash Flash 3 when and if it finally gets past beta stages.
Though if Nintendo does in fact release yet another Smash game, they won't have wanted to, it's going to be painstaking, there's gonna be more waiting for DLCs to load than actual game time, and Zero Suit Samus is going to have a completely flat chest. And Waluigi won't be in it either, as usual.

First: ULTIMATE Mortal Kombat 3 was all but the last Mortal Kombat.
Second: In Japan the game is called Super Smash Bros. Special. The name was changed in the western market because Ultimate sounds badass, while Special sounds like that "special" kid.
I don't care about any new modes, any new characters but the one thing that is a make or break for smash 6 is bringing back Joker, if they remove him I will cry and maybe not buy the game

I am almost positive that Smash 6 will be a soft reboot of the series. Keep the original 8, but do massive cuts to make room for new characters. Of course keep iconic characters like Bowser, or Ganondorf, but cut characters like Incin and Greninja, as Pokemon has plenty of characters

As for the Waluigi specific part, I don’t think he’ll be in realistically until he appears in a mainline game. Now do I want him in? Yeah it would be cool, but odds are he won’t be.
Can we instead get rid of most of the Fire Emblem characters and replace them with other swordfighters from a muddafukkin different franchise?
