    What net terms should you expect your invoices to be paid? 15? 30?

      Anything under 45 days is acceptable to me.
      At day 30 we turn up the heat

      No, I’m getting the rebuild leads from another company. Not sure it’s worth it tho. Unless we structure it different?

      @@musolfcontracting3248 That is how we started too. We did rebuilds for other restoration companies. We eventually chose to go after water ourselves.
      Water is a way different business.
      Harder... but worth it imo
