In regards to the photos, I label them in Xactimate by just typing in the image name field and then hit the right arrow key. That will automatically jump to the next photo and select all text in the Image Name box so you just type, right arrow key, type, etc.

wow, that's a big bunch of info....thanks. is it possible to drag a photo file into the - load images area - or just the photos (i was able to high lite a bunch and move them that way).

Yes, you can move multiple photos that way.

Yes! Good catch. I changed my logo last summer and then changed up the music sometime last month :)
