FYI Roofr is a great, more affordable alternative to Eagleview. I usually get a roof report within 6-8 hours, and there is also the option to measure your own roofs for like $5. It's every bit as a professional presentation as Eagleview. Pretty much identical verbiage on the waste factor chart, as well each measurement is color-coded for rakes, hips, perimeter, flashing etc.
What’s the quickest way to learn how to use xactimate and making sure you are calculating all the o&p items without missing any of those? I took an adjuster course but haven’t been able to utilize what I have learned and I don’t feel confident in using xactimate
@@EstimateMastery sorry bout the double up, I didn’t see my comment so I thought I didn’t hit send. And I’m on X1. I just came off a long break, but prior to that I had just started the new process for uploading EV in X1 where I had to request a group of “blank projects” to be loaded in my cloud library, and the EV report would be imported into one of those, then I’d jus rename and start building the estimate right from that report. I only did it twice before I stepped away, but it was no doubt a pain, at least then anyways. I was using Geomni up to that point , which worked beautifully for me. Until they “oops’d”...What I need is to relearn what’s intended for X1. I jus hope it’s a bit more streamlined now. Anyways I asked this question before finishing your video. I’m thinking the direction you offer here is something different?
