I wonder does it consider say subflooring tear outs in a modular home where everything has to be cut at the edges because the framing was built on top of the subflooring meaning the subflooring runs under wall plates or confined space such as underneath a modular home that has one access point to replace an entire underbelly? As far as I see it does not and these things can double or even triple the labor costs in some situations such as the underbelly with only two to three foot of head room.
For those of us out here doing mitigation, program work. I'd love to see a comparison on a water loss between Xactimate and Symbility. I'm thinking about picking up another carrier that uses Symbility but I feel it wouldn't be as profitable. Thanks.

Yes, it builds waste into line items. But, if you don't think that's enough add more.

I would not recommend going on program work with Symbility.
