Have you ever heard about the restoration industry association? I use their statements and it works perfectly.
Hire an experience bill collector who does it because they enjoy the challenge. I've been in collections for 25 years, I adjust ONLY actual errors in Xactimate or any invoicing. our yearly average adjustment is less than 4%

I have been sending mody scope for a few months now but still, they send it to a third party for review and they only pay based on xactimate
How would you get around those?
I had the same experience... and then it takes longer for them to pay because they don't know what to do with it.
I am not nearly as big as you guys are but, I dont see the insurance companies anymore than xact.

Xactimate is the devil! 🤣 Does insurance still try to negotiate after you send your non xactimate scope?
Thats the real question!
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
The difference is that they can't use the same old arguments with our muddyscope.
Try it... you will like it!
