You are putting out some amazing content on building construction companies! My family has a rental company, so i am wanting to start my own construction business since I have access to equipment for free.
That's great, Christopher! Construction is one of the best industries to get into right now. Get in contact with me so we can help you get that company started.
Anyone in Oklahoma City wanting to partner up to start an electrical, plumbing, or HVAC company. I’ve worked with two home builders for 7yrs, 1yr in commercial as a project manager/superintendent. I believe I can get us steady work, and will work alongside with you in the field until we get a crew running.
Very insight full. Do you think construction companies are a good niche ? When it comes to running ads, organic marketing and implementing automations(like clients onboarding, automated financials etc etc) in their construction business .
Thanks! Digital marketing in the constrcition industry with the correct strategies and implementation can be extremely profitable. Give me a call if you would like to go further into how we can accomplish that for you.

I'm a woman and I said if I was born a man I would be into construction because I love it. I never knew I could own a construction company without doing the work hiring sub contractors, I love your channel so much. I have to close some commercial solar deals but when I get paid I'm hiring you to start a roofing company. Thank you for your great channel all the information
Actually, women are better at managing projects than men! And for some reason, man on the job sites actually listen to women. Women are also better at people skills, which is the main thing you need to get things done. Also, as a woman owned business, there are special preferences. The government gives you if you do government work. You fall under the minority category and in some cases they’ll give you work just because you’re a woman owned business. If that’s what you wanna do let’s do it! If you’re not ready to start our estimate and lead program, I would suggest at least joining our 8 Figure Contractor Academy so you can start learning. Let me know and I’ll send you the link.
@@iambuilders aww thank you that was so sweet,it makes me feel so good. Thank you I have to get this solar contracts then I will be ready to hire you. I will be doing government contracts mostly lol, that's what I'm doing now with this solar company but it's not my company, so after that I will start my roofing company and I want subcontracters in all 50 state because I have a sure fire plan So let me get these commercials solar contracts done then I will call you and hire you.
Hey, Jose! We are based in Miami, FL and I do come from Hispanic decent. However, we estimate projects and help contractors all over the United States. Is there anything that we can help you with.....like estimating, leads, sales strategy, etc...?
@@iambuilders I just arrived to America 6 months ago and I would like to be a GC. I have reviewed your training is for sales when you already have the business right? How can I become a general contractor from scratch? Is good to get an associates degree in construction management to get a foundation?
Jose NO! Don’t get an associates degree ❌ lol. If you want to become a General Contractor, go to a school that helps you pass learn and practice to pass the test. At the same time, I would bid Subcontractor trades and be a Sub at first. Do you have construction experience already?
@@danielquindemil3435 hey Daniel thank you for your advice I really appreciate it. And no I don’t have a enough experience I mean I have work as a dry wall installer for a couple of months but I would like to gain more knowledge about the industry before I open my own business. What’s the path would you recommend? Learn a trade, be a sub for a while and then move into GC?
Hey Carlos. What do you mean? I created the systems and the processes at my previous company and I figured out the majority of the process we did in drywall. And now I’m teaching others so they can have the same success. How is that wrong?
Do you guys have any idea how many man hours it would take to complete and invoice 10m of work? I'm going to guess that this story is bullsh-t, even in 2 years time its total nonsense...
I just realized the video you commented was my interview with Matt H. So Matt only does large home developments. So all his contracts are $1+ Million. At the time of this recording he had $10M in signed contracts. In a 12 months period he got up to $20M. This is signed contracts for projects starting this year. So he hasn’t billed $20M. Last year he got to $5.5M in revenue. But even that is pretty crazy for being in business for only a year.
@@iambuilders yes the sales are simple but there is no way the work is completed and invoiced. Look at what i said, it will take 5 years to complete...
He made $10M in his first year in contracts. Whether it takes one or five years to complete he still sold it. Next year he’ll do another $10M. Labor won’t be an issue because he’s recruiting and training his own people. He’s not limited to finding his workforce. He’s creating them.

Does this work if no employees, custom jobs. Is it just marketing or how to structure company for future growth?

I actually have a strategy not using employees to grow your labor without putting unnecessary overhead on you.
Im in Texas and trying to star a civil construction company or government contracts im already registered
