Nope actually myself I am neither licensed, nor starting a business, rather, I got tired of trying to find workers and trying to find out why there is such a shortage of people that will work that I’m almost to the point of trying to learn how to do work myself! lol
If you’re brand new, I highly recommend you spend some time actually learning how to be a professional construction manager. If you don’t want to wait, I would start finding small subcontractors and bid for interiors packages like framing, drywall, paint. Focus on small/medium jobs. Low risk easy jobs. I can help you do this if you want.

No you can’t. Most building departments require 4 years of experience plus passing a test.
in michigan, you take a pre licensure course then take a test to get licensed.

How are you brand new to construction and get your gc license? Pretty sure most state req 5yrs experience in a field

Does dodge platform works in Canada?
I’m not sure. But we are actually teaching something new aside from Dodge. It’s a more manual direct approach. It works way better than Dodge.
