    Man your tips are amazing brother. I spent all of last year bidding projects and was only able to land two small masonry projects about $125k total. Started watching you in January of this year and followed your tips step by step and have done $1.8 million so far and have another $3.6million lined up for the rest of the year. Thank you!

    Any experience working with Reinforcing Steel Contractors- Rebar/Post Tension on commercial and industrial scales?
    Really interested when you talk about having contracts lined up, but I wouldn’t know how it would apply to us.

      That’s a great question. When you are dealing with a specialty trade like that, the best thing you can do is team up with a concrete company and you can actually subcontract the concrete so that you yourself can get the rebar and the post tension.
      Probably the concrete contractors hire you so you are technically a third tier sub. Rather than do that, you can flip it. Contract the concrete out and manage all the materials and the management of the project and self perform the rebar and post tension.
      If you do that, you become a concrete contractor and you’ll get all the jobs. You’ll probably win a lot more work like that anyway because you are self performing some of it while they are outsourcing the entire thing.

    Can you make a video about how projects go from start to finish?

      Tell me more. Are you talking about the actual construction or the entire sales process?

    • @GTOBlackjack
      @GTOBlackjack 6 месяцев назад +3

      @@iambuilders The entire sales process. I feel like a lot was left out in this interview. He just immediately tells us how much he made per year without really giving us insight on his infrastructure to intake that much work. How was he able to bid so much and so often without burning through so much money?
