  • "Draw what you see, not what you know"
    This was without doubt one of the biggest pieces of advice I was given as a young artist. Going with what your brain thinks things look like instead of the image you see in front of you can be the downfall of a realistic looking drawing, so let's take a look at what we can actually see in this drawing.

    It's almost like in order to draw in 3D you need to be able to see in 2D and see objects objectively

    How do you mark te colours in the cirkels. On a pc? and do you pick up the color in the drawing an place it in a cirkle?

      yes, I just used it to show the colour I'm seeing. The colour was picked out of the reference photo with the dropper. You can also use a colour pencil picker app like the one I used here: ruclips.net/video/allr63GNyfw/видео.html

    CAN YOU DO THE SAME PROCESS BUT WITH A ANOTHER DETAILED DRAWING. I can never draw supper detailed things bc there’s just so much that I can’t just stick to one thing.
