An excellent build I must say. Quick question, how did you know the gear values?

I would like to know as well. I'm looking to make a 20T gear i.d. for a robot wheel for 3d printing. Google sends me on wild goose chases trying to find drawings for it.

Hi@@AzurePain , I had the same question and then counted my Servo and it was 20 as well. Then I calculated 360/20 = 18 and then I know to design a 9 + 9 degree structure . (Jason had a 25T and a 14.4 (7.2+7.2) which is 360/25 = 14.4. But I guess you have found out by yourself :-)

      @@PeterObermeier Did it worked

@@jaipalsolanki9184 , yes, it worked but the teeth are not visible in my printout, looks like my design is too detailed. For time being I will not update it until I have tested it several hours. :-)

And those internal features are NOT splines, they are serrations!

This does not work on (Con)Fusion 360 in 2021, the W.A.N.K.E.R.S. at Autodesk have made it unusable

\ I don't know how in the hell you people are making out the values for the inner rings I can't see them at all that's why I hate when people are scared to talk step by step my ***
