When you build muscle you will naturally put on some fat. If you are lifting weights while trying to gain weight you will put on muscle. Some people need to focus on eating more if they are very underweight.
Rx bars are like 210 calories 12 grams of protein, Costco around my area has Darigold fit at 14g of protein 170 calories (its chocolate milk, how can you not like it?) Jojo bars which are like these dark chocolate bars with added pistachios and almonds and cranberries. All great bulking additions imo
@burritodog3634 for me it was more about the calories and convenience than anything else. But I agree meat is much better for strictly protein purposes
What are your bulking tips?
eat an extra 1 or 2 healthy high calorie meals
Get in a big part of the cals in the morning. You dont have to stress as much about it over the day.

I'm on keto, cream, butter and peanut butter is a great choice to bulk

Any meat has double the protein of those. protein bars arent so great but if you really like the taste/convenience then go for it.
