    Then there is growing your legs, which basically you have to destroy your whole program and do focused blocks to get them to grow. Meanwhile my chest exploded in a year and arms too overall.

      Growing legs to too inconvenient when pants shopping for me to want bigger legs lol. That's awesome

      I literally did side lateral raises for a year. They got pretty juicy

      Biceps and Calves for me. For biceps I added a "bro" day which helped a bit. I don't care enough about calves at the moment 😅

      Arms. I'm almost certain it is due to me having short arms and they don't grow much from compounds.

      Mine only really started growing when I added isolations
