Full body/Upper/lower is quite convenient for busy 9 - 5 workers. Get one full body session during Monday - Friday then and two sessions ( 1 Upper 1 lower) between Friday and Sunday
Upper / Lower / Full-body Split has given me the best results as an intermediate, fatigue is manageable and you can get in some extra conditioning work on the full-body day by super-setting lighter exercises together! Love the content, keep it up.
Great job, man. I feel like low volume and infrequent workouts are good for drug-free exercisers. It meets all three factors: high-intensity muscle stimulation, recovery time and growth time. Even if you fully recover from a workout without enough time for growth to occur, you still won't grow. Thank you for your advice. Nice
Good video. Basically you can get everything you need to do going to the gym 2 to 3 times a week using either a full body approach or a 2 way split. It's all that's needed.
Have you guys tried any 3 day splits before?

Gives you some good time to see if you prefer the standard splits as well. Always good seeing your comments Taku!

Much appreciated 😊 thanks for your comment.
Doing the big boi basics program, but added calves and additional back work to the accessory part. Removed some of the biceps/triceps work for that.
Glad to hear you made it your own!
I still do a bro split 5x at 45. I guess I'm weird.

True! I'm back on a 3 day split after doing a 5 day for a while.
I think I’m going to try the Upper Lower Fullbody split. What are your thoughts on this:
Tuesday:
Bench 3x5
OHP 3x5
Barbell Rows 3x5
B. Curl 2x8
Rear Delt Ext 1x20
Thursday:
Squat 3x5
Deadlift 3x5
Calf Raises 2x10
Leg Raises 2x20
Saturday:
Squat 2x5
Bench 2x5
OHP 2x5
Rows 2x5
B.Curls 2x8
Rear Delt 1x20
Personally I would put in more variety. Like bench one day and dips a other. Helps hit different parts of the muscle throughout the week.
These splits are way more effective that the 7 days a week bro split ego lift skip legs
