Jeff demonstrates his 3rd wheel mod for Milwaukee Packout dolly - at the skateboard park! This wheel is so sturdy it can handle all kinds of unusual abuse. Jeff rides it to verify the Pylex rating of 250 lbs for its wheel, when mounted with original hardware on a plastic bin. Jeff believes his mod can handle significantly more weight.
