- How we converted our IT support, low-voltage van to the Milwaukee Packout system.
Everyone asks where we got the aluminum cleats. They can be found at this link: etsy.me/3oBi1Yh - Хобби
You did an amazing job on that van. I can only imagine the quality of work you do for your customers.
As one of their customers. I can confirm. They do great work!

For accuracy when drilling in metal use an automatic center punch to make a witness mark your drill bits can register in. & no more walking. Husky makes a good one that’s cheap & readily available at Home Depot.
Very nice! Very clean and organized! Milwaukee should sponsor you! 🙂
Excellent job, very well organized pack out van. The organization and utility has to safe you a bunch of time each day! Big investment that pays for itself in time saved.
Such a clean job mate. Currently starting out my pack out kit. I’m a HVAC tech from Australia and it makes it so much easier having an organised set up, so cheers for the inspiration.
Outstanding dude!
That's a hell of an investment! Looks great
That by far the best setup with packout I've seen to date.
Best van setup I’ve seen on here, very good job
Love how you’ve got it all set up. Glad you got lucky with how well layout works with the shelving width.
The aluminum cleats are really nice. Glad to hear that this set up helps keeps everything from shifting and reduces the noise while in transit. That alone makes the cost and effort worthwhile in my mind. Great work, and great insights. Thanks for sharing!
Now this is a nice low voltage company to work for! Bravo 👏
Grab a punch that will give you an indent
, and dewalt starter tip bits.. changed the game for me on those slippery surfaces and increases accuracy because punch is exactly center. Super video, thanks!
Nice job I did the same with 12 foot Utility van with a tall ceiling love it
That looks sweet! I just purchased the same van, can't wait to set it up.
All I have to say is wow! I don't even see a fingerprint or spec of dust in that whole setup. Clean as a whistle!
Love this! Very organized and clean sir!
The best organization I’ve seen. I’m a low voltage Tech and work out of a bread van. I wish my company would invest in the mounting hardware. We already have the packouts.
KILLER RIG BRO!!
Me and brother are always trying to modify our vans. He is Pack Out and I’m Versastack
GREAT JOB 👍👌
J-Man Electrician TX
Fantastic! Great set-up.
Looks great Terry!
Just got my first 2 packout items and looking at this vid is giving me some pricy ideas🤣😳 nice setup man🤘🏻
Nice work & looks great!
Great job with the van.
Love the build. I'm thinking of trying a horse trailer. They sit low with plenty of headroom and super sturdy. Not everyone want to yank a trailer, but I've done it before for a while.
Anyway. Great set up.
Wow, best set up I’ve seen 👍
Nice job of outfitting your work van. I have been slowly organizing mine with the packouts and a couple Jet rack ladder slides. Also a big 4'x4' bed drawer that comes out the back. I am also making a slide to hold my packouts that will sit on half the bed drawer. I also wish I had bought a tall van. There is no room to walk in mine. I am an electrician.
This is like music to the OCD sufferers like me. You are a real pro.
Brilliant set up 👍
That’s amazing set up thank you for sharing.
Your awesome man thanks so much for getting back to me.
U crushed it, dude! A++
Has trabajado lindo!! muy prolijo, felicitaciones!
Milwaukee loves your purchase.
Salut , trop top la composition du système de rangement et je l'adopte, merci pour la vidéo à plus JEAN.
Nice set up
This looks amazing!!!! Where can I find the metal tracks?
This is beautiful bro
This is incredible!!!
Love the van setup, have you considered using the packoht 2 Wheeled cart instead of the dolly?
Nicely played hard beat that set up! Definitely worth it
Looks great !
Looks awesome
Lol just saw a pic of your van on a packout group on facebook
Wow is all I can say great video
Clean set up
Man we’re an IT company that does a lot of low voltage wiring. I’m copying this build Jesus y’all nailed it
What shelving is that?
Your setup looks incredible.
Thank you
Thats my dream set up!! Looks gorgeous bud!! How many times did you go in and out just to look at everything!? lol
Have you looked at the two wheel cart and the drawer boxes? No more taking the stack apart once you're on the site.
Great looking van storage. Those aluminum mount bars are still available but they are $30 each!
wow! When I got them they were around $15 for the big ones and half of that for the small ones. Must be a supply and demand thing. They will last forever though. I can see others making them though as the demand is there. There are probably some 3d printed ones too, but nothing beats aluminum really.
Awesome video !!! am a low voltage tech as well and i cant keep my van organize or clean like yours . How do you do it ?
Looks great. Can you tell me where to buy the shelving ?
Hi, impressive van 😊😊 where did you bought those metal clips?
Aluminum is awesome. The issue with 3D printed plastic is in a hot vehicle they will melt and deform. I had a 3D printed yeti cuzzy extension for my monster can. It deformed in my work van on a hot day.
These single use van builds kinda blow me away. It would be cool if we had vans set up for each type of job It would just be realy impractical to drive to a central location and switch vans between each job.
Can You help us with the brand and model of the metal shelves and how You fixed to the van please?
This is beautiful!!
That atlas46 vest !!! 😎
Nice video! Thanks for sharing your van setup. Just found your channel. Have you shared how you rig your camera to get this camera angle? If you have could you share the video link or make a video of the setup?
It's just a GoPro on the chest harness. I think it's set for linear on the GoPro itself. I tried the magnet (inside the shirt) mount but the chest harness is more stable.
What kind of shelving is that? And whats the name of those locking things you mentioned about spacing to fit
Can you do a video of your termination packout kit?
Beautiful van lay-out. You should Check out Insider Carpentry's video on his Packout van setup. He's got some brilliant ideas for trucking his tools on and off the van.
Awesome buildout! I have a box truck coming soon and looking for ideas on how to use the packout system. Can you share who you purchased the shelving from? Thanks!
I also would love to know where are the shelves from and where you the metal guide for the packout so they stay in place. Thanks in advance
Hi Scott. The shelving came with the van but it's standard shelving, might be Adrian Steel brand. The aluminum cleats came from here: etsy.me/3oBi1Yh
It looks awesome, but how much did that cost? Multiply that by 10 crews.
It wound be super helpful if you would make a video that went over each packout.
We have to do an updated one but we go over most of them in this video: ruclips.net/video/AyCB15OYJt0/видео.html
For the drill bits I use rolls. If you look at how tight of a package your bits the elastics well you get that in a roll but now they are more secure.
Man, that's a great idea thanks! I'm gonna scout some out tomorrow.
@@ComputerProMedia I have mine packed for moving but I can break one out and take a picture for you. Do you have an instagram account I can follow and send a picture to.
@@adude7050 it's computerpro1 on instagram. We don't do much with it so it's pretty empty. Reminds me I need to get up to speed on those sites lol :p Thanks again!
@@ComputerProMedia I will try and get that done tomorrow I need to dig my 12V driver kit out of the storage unit.
@@ComputerProMedia Check your intagram picture sent
Amazing
Where do you get those metal cleat things to slide the organizers on?
Maybe you covered this but what was the cost of the packouts and cleats?
Were did you get the metel cleats from ?
Nice one ☝️
That van is legit
The shelfing looks like Adrian steel, can you share how deep the shelfs are? 14", 16". Awesome looking van.
They measure a tiny bit under 14" so they are probably considered 14.
Nice! Where did you get the cleats ?
Whats the name of the metal strip and where did you get them from, your van look amazing boss, I'm in a handy man business and I'm trying to have something similar to yours, so if you don't mind sharing that info I would really appreciate sir and thank you very much for the video
nice job, Where can i get those metal holders for the boxes, They're big time space saver.
This is the place that has them. etsy.me/3oBi1Yh
Very nice. What state are you guys based out of? That vertical cable is legit 😊
Thank you for making this video! Could you share where you got the shelving and the cleats?
They stopped making the metal mounts, but there are identical 3d printed plastic ones out there.
I have the PM 2500 High top 2500. 6'3 bottom of rails 6'4 to roof. 11.5' long inside. I WHT not 12 so I can lay down a 12' ladder beats me! But I love the volume. You have inspired me and. I will have to step up my game
That is awesome! Where did you find the cleets??
Cleats can be found here: unbeatenpathdesigns.com/
ruclips.net/video/whFFgZRrNfo/видео.html
Awesome setup! What is the brand of the shelving? I’m struggling to find similar in Australia!
It's from Adrian Steel, which is somewhat local to my area.
Pretty cool. Don’t even wanna guess the price tag... Milwaukee really need to design a sliding tray if they haven’t by now.
They now have a 2 or a 3 drawer packout box
Which bolts you used putting them wall mounts ?
Where did you get the shelves or the back door separator? Awesome video, need more like this!
I'm interested too
I just ordered a 2 ft x 4 ft of kaizen foam it was 69 dollars in Canada it costs a lot to line your tool boxes
where do you get those metal shelves from?
Where did you get the metal cleats from
Do you have a link to the metal cleats
I’m surprised you didn’t use some pack out drawers on Dollie’s to have rolling quick access to everything and less carrying of individual cases.
Bro I was thinking the same thing too it would make everything easier. I use a tool cart so all my tools go there when going onto the jobsite so everything are in drawers
Where you ordered the shelving ?
How did you get your magnapull - Roll Magnet to fit in side that case, Did you utilize the packout - recess in the bottom to give you extra clearance??
I"ll check tomorrow when at the shop but if I remember right, I did put the wheel part of the magnet in a recess.
Where did you get the metal brackets?
Hey buddy if these clips are unavailable can you share some specs on them for the boys!!
And what’s the racking your using in the truck ?
The van shelving is standard . Not sure the brand as it was pre-installed when we got it. It might be Adrian Steel but not sure. The metal cleats are available again. This is the place that has them. etsy.me/3oBi1Yh
What brand metal cleats are those?
Sick
Nice and awesome setup. I am in the process of doing the same with my service van, so im getting ideas, and this is a huge help. on the roller cart, could you not mount cleats on the bottom of the shelf in reverse to lock in the box instead of using the clamps?
Thanks. I'm not sure that would work. The cart is made to be the starting base like the cleats. There is no release on the cart to free it. That's what I would think anyway but not totally sure lol. I'm gonna look at that on Monday to verify.
@@ComputerProMedia yea you're absolutely right lol . I guess it would freely slide in but it would never lock into place. Now that I'm thinking more about it. It kind of seems like a headache now 😂
Great video. Only think I wouldn’t agree with is you saying 5’7 isn’t very tall lol😂
If your under that then your all set with the regular height van and won't bump your head :) If your over that then you can't stand up fully. I think that might be close to average height though, not sure :p
Who makes those shelves?
How much room do you have in the aisle ??
Can you send me a link to the shelving and cleats please. I’d love to use this in my own van 👍
I would also like to know what shelving that is please
wh
ere did you get your shelving and how deep is it
